As perfect a place as you can get. The house had everything you could wish for. Anthony even had the heating for us so it was lovely warm and very welcoming. It was late on Sunday when we arrived, so the welcome box of goodies was most appreciated. Roomy, light and airy, just couldn’t be faulted with everything you need. Then you go outside, and it was just so special. So peaceful and even managed to see some wild deer!!!. I urge you to book this house, you will not be disappointed.

The cottage is excellent. It is really well appointed and spacious. Garden is lovely and the dogs loved exploring the stream - sorry for the barking! Location is great for the coast, with some really beautiful beaches within a short drive. Overall, we loved the stay and would definitely return.

Carrie and Anthony have a beautiful, warm, well equipped cottage. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The dogs loved the walks, we loved the Red and Roe Deer Would we go back there again, yes, definitely

What a fabulous week we had. The cottage is so comfortable and the owners have thought of practically everything to make it a lovely experience. The area has lots to offer and we had some great days out. Thank you Anthony and Carrie for everything

Garden Cottage is the best accommodation we have ever stopped in. Fabulous welcome hamper on arrival there is everything you could ask for . It is like home from home. So many places to visit and a beautiful location. Places we visited were Cullen, Portsoy (try the ice cream and waffles it’s a must) head up the coast towards Gardenstown and Crovie there are some lovely beaches and spectacular coastline. If you don’t mind driving the Cairngorms are about a 2 hours away. We visited Glenmore and Loch Ness. The views and surroundings are amazing. The owners were lovely and very helpful. Freddie & Lola their dogs were very friendly we loved seeing them as did our dogs. Definitely recommend this property outstanding thank you for a fantastic stay!

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing, the weather was beautiful and the property was gorgeous. We are definitely going to book again it had everything we needed and more the hosts were lovely. The best house we have stayed in for a holiday ever. It was just perfect and the place was outstanding natural beauty.

From the spotless accommodation with its unrestricted heating (wonderful for us oldies) fabulous welcome pack and access of very thoughtful toiletries should they be needed, the lovely hosts had thought of everything.Very dog friendly.we couldn’t have asked for more.

We stayed here over the Easter weekend and had a wonderful break. The property is located in a wonderfully tranquil part of north east Scotland. Everything you need has been catered for and the hosts are so welcoming. Spotlessly clean and modern, lovely and warm and ready to enjoy your stay. The welcome pack was a lovely personal touch when we arrived. Will definitely come back again!

Such a lovely, peaceful place and fantastic hosts. Lovely cottage with everything you would need. Spotlessly clean and an absolute pleasure to stay in. Beds the most comfy ever. Great commumication leading up to the stay, answering any questions very quickly and offering helpful suggestions / recommendations. Whilst at the cottage our hosts were extremely attentive and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. Already making plans to stay next year. Thank you Carrie and Anthony.

A quite brilliant location. Nestled on a private driveway off the main road surrounded by nature. The cottage itself is perfect, with everything you could need for a stay in Scotland. The various welcome guides from where to eat to where to visit could fill your stay and are very helpful. Anthony and Carrie are wonderful hosts and introducing their animals and resident herds of red and roe deer filled many walks on the estate. An amazing week away.

The cottage was very well appointed with a beautiful pond garden. Very relaxing after a day's walk with our dog. The owners gave us a great welcome with a food pack and a bottle of wine and raspberry flavoured gin. A lovely place which we all enjoyed.

The cottage is beautiful, very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. There was a lovely welcome basket with local produce waiting for us when we arrived and the radio was playing when we entered the property which was a really nice touch, very welcoming.. The cottage is well laid out with comfy beds and good storage. Anthony and Carrie have thought of everything, it's like a home from home.
