- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)
- Bedroom 4: a single bed (90×190), a children's bed (60×120) and a changing table
- Bathroom with bath
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fondue set, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 60 m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture (only in summer) to enjoy the fine weather.
- A beautiful private garden of 900 m², not enclosed.

The house is ideally located in Turqueville, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (3 vehicles maximum).
