Holiday Home 'Il Trucchetto' with Private Garden

Located in Chivasso, Piedmont, Il Trucchetto is a 186 sqm holiday home that accommodates up to 4 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for your comfort. The property features a private kitchen and exclusive-use washing machine. Heating is available, in accordance with Italian regulations, from October 15 to April 15, depending on seasonal temperatures. There is no television in the property.



The first bedroom has a double bed, made up of a double frame with two single mattresses joined together. There are no bedside tables next to the bed. The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined if needed.



Outside, you can enjoy your private garden, surrounded by woods, relaxing among the sounds and colors of nature. Please note there is no umbrella or barbecue in the garden.



Being in a rural setting, Il Trucchetto is simple and rustic, ideal for guests who appreciate a natural environment. In summer, spiders weave webs daily and mosquitoes are present; due to the nearby horse paddock, flies and horseflies may also appear. In mid-season, stink bugs can be found. This is not a cleanliness issue but part of the authentic woodland experience. We recommend bringing insect repellent. There are no mosquito nets at the property.



Breakfast is not provided. Chivasso is a 5-minute drive away, and Turin can be reached in 15 minutes by train.



The private road to the property is steep and winding; please drive carefully. Shared parking is available on site. Pets are welcome. The property is also home to 4 cats, 1 dog, and chickens that roam freely, so guest dogs must be kept on a leash whenever outside the fenced garden. Events are not allowed. Wake up at dawn to the sound of roosters, and in summer evenings, crickets and cicadas will provide a natural soundtrack to your stay.
