Property room and staff were unbelievable the restaurant on site was great however they are closed on Tuesdays we did not realize this. If any handicap accessible is needed this is not the place for you. The road to property is unpaved so very bumpy. We loved the seclusion and the staff is great getting transportation!

Lovely Hotel, lovely pool, nice view for sunrise and sunset, nice rooms and roof top plunge pool, the bad of this hotel is the ramp u have to take to get to your room, multiple stairs to go up and down to get to room, living area and rooftop, no bathroom, the shower is in the tub which is a negative for me, water was splashing all over, and the roads to get to the hotel is really bad and dark, but overall its a relaxing hotel.

Lovely property once inside. Gorgeous room. Decent restaurant. The access road is bad as the area is still being developed and there quite a bit of construction going on around.

I really enjoyed the property it was beautiful just has featured. The only downside was the surrounding areas outside of the property and the roads leading to the property. Once you got the property you forget about the surrounding areas.

Rubi is a complete oasis in the middle of the jungle. The staff, especially Diego were unbelievable. By far one of the best trips we have ever taken. There is construction in the area which is to be expected in Tulum however the shelter of the hotel, rich natural habitat and complete vibe still take you away to paradise. Strongly recommend this property.

The resort is perfect for a romantic, quiet getaway, which is exactly what I was looking for. Our penthouse suite was simply stunning..three floors of lux living & very private. The food at Balaxe was delicious. The staff throughout the resort was friendly & very helpful. The gorgeous resort was the perfect setting to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

The attentive staff ensures impeccable service, adding to the overall dining experience. Prices are high comparatively to going into the city FYI. Service: The service at the Rubi is exemplary, with attentive staff going above and beyond to cater to guests' needs. From seamless check-in and personalized assistance to prompt room service. Overall Experience: In conclusion, the Rubi offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility, making it an ideal destination for those seeking a memorable getaway. Only thing that needs to be improved are the surrounding roads, but I highly recommend a stay at the Rubi.

Nous avons adoré cet hébergement! Wow quel magnifique décor et un service aux petits soins. Les chambres la vue panoramique tout etait super. Petit bémol et qui sera probablement plus un problème d’ici quelques mois voir année, cest la construction aux alentours, qui amène des routes de terre très difficiles d’accès. Nous avons aussi eu du mal à dormir du au travailleurs du chantier en face qui faisait la fête une grande partie de la nuit et cela donnait en face de notre chambre. Sinon rien à dire, le service était au top :)

Rubi Tulum is truly one of those amazing finds that you never truly appreciate, until you're there! Rubi manages to pull off the beautiful aesthetics that large resorts offer, while still feeling intimate and secluded. It blends in perfectly with the serene jungle landscape effortlessly accentuating the beauty that is already part of the environment. Intricate water elements make you feel like you have found something rare and special. For me, Rubi offered a feeling of adventure paired with stunning views, quiet exploration, retreat, and connection. My room had everything I needed. It had the larger upscale resort feel without losing the unique details that also offered simplistic beauty....nothing was gaudy, overstated, or out of place for the theme. The earthiness of the jungle was not lost in color translation or choice in fabrics and decor with that essential organic feel to it, but also without missing the amenities I still wanted to have. As a solo traveler, I found a wonderful balance between areas to be social as well as sanctuary. The bridges that connect the different buildings provide varying views for you to enjoy your experience whether it's taking an amazing pic/video, taking a breathe, or stealing a kiss.The staff are wonderful! Whether it's a recommendation for a restaurant, excursion in town, special occasion, assistance with transportation, or a simple chat in passing over morning coffee, they make your stay worthwhile! Do Tulum, stay at Rubi!

Do not be deterred by the fact that it’s about a mile into the jungle with no lights, it’s very secluded, but it’s very beautiful the staff was friendly from the moment we sat foot on the property. The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this For any couple planning to go to Tulum

Amazing property, so far the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend, the staff is outstanding, so respectful and helpful. Always there to serve you, I had planned my gf birthday and proposal. Both were beyond my expectation, the decoration was insanely beautiful. 10/10 for everything, would definitely come back. Specially the tree penthouse was perfect dream romantic spot. Thank you!!!

Rubi Tulum is without disappointment. The facilities are amazing, staff are great and overall beautiful. The only issue is the road getting there. Pretty bad. But it’s worth it.

Rubi Tulum was unlike any other luxury hotel I have stayed at. It combines romantic luxury with the adventurous jungle, and it works so well. The restaurant Balaxe was absolutely incredible as well. Overall the single best experience I have had at a Hotel.

This tower that they have is the coolest thing I’ve ever seen! You walk up this spiral to the top and you are above the jungle! The sunset up there was breath taking! The rain showers in the room are cool! Everything about this place was cool! Food is spectacular! Of course it was designed by an Iron Chef whom has a Michelin Star! They even yell “Yes Chef” in Spanish. Even if you don’t decide to stay on this amazing property you need to come here for lunch or dinner! The staff were so amazing that we plan on going back next year! ❤️❤️ Love this place!

We had an amazing stay! The food in their Restaurant Balaxe was fabulous! Nothing was bad! The Chef out did himself. Some of the ingredients I had never heard of before but it was all amazing. The bridges that we had to cross to get to our Penthouse was nothing like I’ve ever seen! Amazing. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. We will definitely book again next year! Staff were so polite and nice and would do anything for us!

The room was fantastic, as well as the staff, and the food. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a property that is relaxing. There is a lot of great shopping opportunities there and the beach is beautiful. Did some saltwater fishing and one of my friends hooked a very large sailfish! All in all, a fantastic experience. If you're not sure what you need or want to do, just ask the staff, they won't lead you wrong.
