Cuando reserva una habitación, va por tipo de habitación, por ejemplo, cama King con vista al mar o sin vista. O 2 camas, etc. Se agrupan varias habitaciones en cada categoría y luego le damos una habitación de esa categoría según la disponibilidad. Tenemos fotos de todas nuestras habitaciones y, en el futuro, cuando reserve con cualquier hotel, si realmente le gusta el aspecto de una habitación, infórmenos y haremos todo lo posible para asegurarnos de que sea exactamente la que recibe. Y para las puertas, buscaré comprar algunos suavizantes para poner en el marco de la puerta para que no se cierren tan fuerte.

In Posada Lamar we have a commitment in provide a good quality service plus our facilities. Of course we are gonna check the issue with water, we work under sustainable solar energy so it takes 5min to appear. About the noise, we cannot control the construction as a external property, even the generator is a complimentary service like the A/C for a enjoyable night. but we offers a pool, beach area in property and a cenote in Cormoran Tulum to spend some time even recommendations to going out. Sorry your experience did not match your expectations, Antonio. We do not advertise as being a resort. The people who come here are trying to get away from the resort scene and enjoy our quiet hotel and private cenote. We're also not under construction. Everything you see is finished and the look is intentional. If you're ever back in tulum though I'd still like to make it up to you. Reach out to me if you ever are, so we can make it right.

Hi Juan! We hope you had a happy homecoming, We really sorry you had this bad experience at the hotel, we would like to clear up that the AC schedule is mentioned on this website, our website and as well we sent you a message right after you made the reservation with some highlights about the destination, were is mentioned that the AC only works from 9pm to 7am, about the heat and ants Tulum is located on a tropical jungle side of Mexico were the 70% of the area is jungle, so unfortunatelly if you left food open, the ants that are very tiny found a way to get inside, however once we are notified our staff always cleans so the ants don't come again.
