The hosts Maria and Arturo are very responsive and great about providing directions for the location of the home, as well as entry keys.The home's five beds and baths were clean and very comfortable.Aldea Zama is a wonderful spot and we felt very safeLoud music in the middle of the night from another home was bothersome.

The best hosts ever !

We stayed for three days at maria and Arturo‘s placeWe came from Isla Mujeres and my son had left his backpack at the ferry in Cancun. There was a minor issue with a fan that would not turn off in the house so not only did Arturo and maria come all the way from Cancun back to Tulum to fix it, but they also found and picked up my son‘s lost backpack from the ferry terminal. These hosts went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed their kindness knows no boundaries. I highly recommend their house. It is exactly as described and if this is your first time to the area, this is the place you want to stay thank you again Maria and Arturo for helping us in our time of need

Beautiful House

We loved staying here! The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, games, toilet paper, both bath and pool towels, and pool toys. Maria and Arturo are so nice and went out of their way to take care of us. We would definitely stay here again. It’s a beautiful house and worked so well for our family.

Bitter sweet

This is a beautiful property. The landlord was always helpful and responded quickly to my concerns. The construction in this neighborhood we felt was a bit loud and dangerous to be right next door to this property. But overall, me and my guest enjoyed the house and felt safe at all times.

Great hosts, the house was as advertised, able to accommodate our group.

Maria and Arturo were very helpful and accommodating. Their house worked out great for our group. Nice area with lots of growth, always felt comfortable out walking. Plenty of restaurants in the area with shopping close by.

Great Spot

Great experience here...place had a washer/dryer, easy door access, beautiful pool, lots of kitchen gadgets and well appointed rooms. The location left lots to explore by car and walking, including food, markets and a larger grocery store (by car). Communication with the host was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Aldea Zama!

Wonderful vacation home

This lovely property is a marvelous oasis and a perfect location to relax and unwind. The owners are wonderful communicators, take excellent care of this property and have access to terrific transportation, professional chef and other services that will make your stay a treat. The neighborhood has lots of cute shops and restaurants, and you can bike to the Tulum Ruins! An excellent vacation property.

Perfect experience

This house was perfect. Its a huge house that can fit 6 people easy. Great for warm days as it has a pool and a huge sun tanning deck. Really cool jungle feel to it. Located on a beautiful, quiet street. We felt very safe. Its a short walk into town. Wifi , ac , water , electricity all worked fine. The host, Maria, was more than helpful giving us tips and information. She was there to answer all of our questions right away. Cab ride to beach is about 15 minutes. We would stay in this house again any time. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you, Maria.

Gorgeous House

First off, the house is beautiful, well-kept and clearly loved by the owners. We rented it for a few days for a wedding, and the location is just perfect as it is close to everything - great restaurants, the beach, ruins. The pool is also an added bonus and a favorite of the kids with us. Also, can't speak highly enough of the attentiveness of the owners. They gave us very detailed instructions of how some appliances work, where to shop etc. We had some issues with rain, but they were so quick to address it. Thank you, Arturo and Maria!

Perfect Getaway

This house is very spacious and has a modern design. The pool was perfect for the kids. A plus for having been stocked with all the amenities. The location was perfect, close to local shops. The owners are very attentive and quick to respond and address any issue. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Bachelorette in Tulum

Property was the perfect place for a group of girls to get together to celebrate a bachelorette! Spacious, private, Instagram worthy and not to mention very safe. Maria was a great host and was very responsive with answers to questions and recommendations.

30th birthday trip

The location exceeded our expectation. The pool is awesome for day and night swims. The outdoor shower upstairs was a personal favorite. All the bedrooms had personal bathrooms. Location was very safe and once you get familiar in the area easy to navigate. They go above and beyond to provide extra help for anything you need and also replenished our water when we asked for more. We had our hot water go out and they were out immediately to fix it. Great times!

Awesome stay- will go back again!

We had a fantastic time in Aldea Zama at Villa Tucanes. The villa is located in a quiet street, convenient to the beaches, ruins, restaurants and stores. The villa is sparkling clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The washer and dryer unit is extremely helpful and the kitchen is equipped with every possible utensile and top-of-the-line appliances. The pool with jetters is a great feature to have after a long day at the beach. One thing the kids loved was the foosball table which they used everyday and they were never bored. Maria is a gracious host and thinks of every detail, including wash soaps with different fragrances for women and men, welcome beverages and sweets. We will definitely come back!

PERFECT LOCATION TO BEACH & TOWN!!!!!

Was so impressed with this property. Was just as you see in the listing pictures. Location was perfectly located in a newer development between the beach and the town. Nice & quiet!! Loved the pool. Cant say enough good things about this place. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Was the perfect place for our first visit to Tulum. Looking forward to coming back.
