This home is amazing! It is the perfect 3 bedroom beach home for 3 couples. I’ve rented a number of 3 bedroom beach homes and this one tops my list. The home is spotless and well appointed. The staff was wonderful and attentive.

Wonderful, remote and idyllic

Fantastic property, well managed and made for a relaxing stay. The house itself is in a slightly remote area so it’s a 15-20 min walk to the few local restaurants, also 20 mins to town and nearby Cenotes. There are some bikes to use if you choose. BUT the best news is ocean views from all 3 bedrooms which is pure heaven. Just make sure to wear reef footwear to cross the rocks into the tropical water - which is steps away from the heated infinity pool.

A wonderful refuge

We spent a wonderful week at Casa Pelagia. We are a family with three teens, and the house was perfect to allow everyone to enjoy the sun, sand, and warmth, and also just chill. The amenities were excellent and the location secluded enough to be nice and quiet, yet only a short drive to the scene in Tulum. We’d definitely recommend it.

Great House and Staff

This house is right on the beach with a lovely pool. The home is beautiful, very new, and extremely well maintained. The staff is lovely and communication with the host is excellent. It's expensive but well worth it.

Beautiful property

We had an amazing stay at Casa Pelagia! Without a doubt, we’d stay again. However, some things that would push it over the top would be seating on the rooftop and a/c in the common areas and not just the bedrooms. It was perfectly cleaned and the caretakers were wonderfully sweet and helpful.

Wonderful villa with stunning sea views

We stayed at this beautiful property for 9 nights during the Christmas holidays. Our very high expectations were completely met: the villa is beautiful and the views are stunning. Everything you could possibly need is available and Fransisco and Nidia are there every day so it’s kept spotless. We loved the small beach and spent every day outside enjoying the weather and the scenery. The owners keep in touch and are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property and I hope we’ll be able to come back someday!

Breathtaking.

The house is simply stunning. Everything is extremely thoughtfully laid out, with amazing views from every direction. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the caretakers were so kind and easy. The kitchen is well equipped. We lived in the pool.It is quite pulled off from, well, most everything, which to us was a plus. If you're looking for the party scene, the trip in and out would get tiresome. But if you want to relax in paradise, it's hard to beat.

Fabulous vacation in beautiful beach front home!

We had a wonderful 7 days at the Casa. Everything we could possibly need, well equipped kitchen, great personal chef, lovely people to keep the place clean and functioning. Pool is lovely, as is the garden. Used the BBQ, Kayaks, snorkels, Ideally would have spent another week there to make the most of the house and surrounding country, the Cenotes, the Mayan ruins, the Tulum Beach restaurants, etc.

Perfect Paradise !!

Perfect vacation home.

We took our entire family including three little grandsons. Everything about our stay could not have been better. The home is well thought out and was immaculate. There is lots to see and do in the area and plenty of eating options nearby if you don't want to cook. We want to return again soon.

Casa Pelagia was the perfect home base for relaxing and exploring Tulum. The house was beautiful and spacious and the daily housekeeping made us feel well taken care of. Beautiful sunset views every night. Great snorkeling and paddle boarding right in front. Loved the roof top hammocks and yoga mats too. Highly recommend!!

Spectacular Home!

Our family could not be happier with our decision to stay at Casa Pelagia! The home is beautiful! The location is perfect! The home is so comfortable we had to force ourselves to leave it to explore! Restaurants and an incredible Cenote within walking distance was definitely a plus! The household staff were warm, professional and so helpful with anything we needed. We left with our hearts full of beautiful memories. We can't wait to return!

Girls week away

We spent a week in the house with our friends. The property and its staff were amazing. The cove is very Rocky so make sure you have rock shoes. The snorkeling was disappointing as the reefs are bare and the seaweed has overtaken the beach. The house, the pool and the chef made our stay perfect.
