  • Brand new studio in Palais, the latest residence located near Coba Avenida on the way to the beach and a few steps from downtown. The studio is spacious and bright and comes fully equipped so our guests can immerse themselves truly.

    The sleeping area is furnished with a fantastic king size bed, the bathroom is complete and spacious, and the kitchen and dining area is fully equipped.

    Palais offers outstanding amenities such as a Olympic size rooftop pool and a fitness center.

Pool was very comfortable, however not " Olympic ". There was a shortage of pool side loungers and several were damaged. They were seldom all used as the occupancy was low thus resulting in a more quiet experience. My biggest complaint was having to make do with a mini fridge for my 73 day stay. I offered to pay for a rental of a full size but had to survive with no ice and limited space for groceries. The host should not have placed me in this unit although that was the only downside during my stay. The gym was not operational - no electricity. Other than that it was Ok but I would ensure a proper size fridge for a stay of that duration. The host responded almost immediately everytime Thanks.
