First thing we noticed upon arrival was the spider webs inside the home. While bringing in bags they were in ALL rooms. Let’s start with the first room by the front door: there was a loud urine smell in the closet, the extra sheets at the top of the closet had visible spider webs on them. The bed covers had animal hair on them (took all off and wash them ourselves the day of arrival). 2nd (the living room): the couch is VERY worn out! There was a spider in between the cushions, some type of bug skin was on the seats (we purchased covers for the couch and home defense spray for them). The 3rd room by the bathroom with queen bed had pet hair and a spider on top of the throw blank (washed on arrival day as well). Master bedroom!!! I killed two spiders on the baseboard and washed those covers as well. Keep in mind we are doing all of this on vacation and spending extra money for products just to be somewhat comfortable. I reach out to the renter and asked if I could call them and they recommended the app only. After asking if we could just do a full refund they ignored that request and said that they could get cleaners out and someone to spray. We turned that down because who wants to check in somewhere and still have to have strangers to come in and do what should have been done prior to?? So that was first night. We got locked out due to the keypad battery and had to wait outside until they checked the VRBO app. We cut our trip short a day early. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Nice, Updated House

Stayed here with some friends for a weekend getaway. House is very clean and updated. Multiple bathrooms were nice to have and plenty of sleeping space. Important to some, the water pressure is fantastic. Very close to drive or Uber to most of Tulsa. Will likely return in the future.

Magical Pre-Christmas trip!

Very cozy historical home!!!! It was centrally located and was a quiet area. We went to an ice hockey game and had a great family dinner at The Tavern a couple miles away and went to see the lights at the botanical gardens. The house was very nicely decorated and bed was comfy! We will definitely return.

Lovely Home

3 bedrooms. Nice remodeled home. Nice size backyard but it was in the high 90s when we traveled July so didn’t get to enjoy outdoors. Very comfortable beds (1 King, 1 Master, 2 singles). Did not use the pullout couch. Dining room table large enough for our party of five plus had 5 other chairs (with bar stools). TVs in all bedrooms. Nice touch with shampoo, conditioner & bath soap dispensers. Could have had more towels in kitchen (linen & paper towels) & bathrooms (lacked hand towels). Property owner was responsive & very friendly when we messaged them. Location was within minutes of downtown. Quiet & safe neighborhood.

Very comfortable home and great location

We stayed during a soccer tournament. The home is very conveniently located to most everything...downtown, fields, casinos. We did it all. The house is quite, clean and well equipped. Water temp and pressure was fantastic. Lovely living room furniture to sit and visit. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Cute house in great 'hood

Really liked the neighborhood the house is in, lots of rehab going on, great to walk the dog around the ‘hood. Close to attractions we came to see in Tulsa. House itself is cute, comfortably decorated. A few suggestions would have improved the stay: first, the internet is super slow, streaming was impossible, just kept buffering. For work, I used the personal hotspot off my phone so I could connect to the internet on my laptop. Second, since there is only a Keurig for coffee, it would have been nice if we had a few pods available for the first morning. We had ground coffee with us (and would have certainly bought pods for the Keurig) but we got in late that first night and didn’t even check. I mean coffee is needed! Finally, we cooked but would have appreciated a bigger pot (we were able to make do).

Highly recommend this lovely home! It was clean and comfortable. Location was great. Easy access to downtown. Well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only thing missing is an actual coffee maker. There is a single cup coffee maker, but when you have a group of 6 it would be easier to have a bigger coffee maker. Excellent communication from the owner-very clear and easy check in and check out information. We hope to stay again!

PBR Stay

We were in Tulsa for the PBR and arrived Friday evening. We had a slight problem deciding which place was ours due to the darkness and the house number not being in a lighted area and needing to make a u-turn to get to the correct side of the street. The house itself was great! Very clean and cozy. The very cold weather did make the floors pretty chilly, but we would stay here again when in Tulsa.

Great stay! Pet friendly! Quaint and perfect!

We spent a full week with 4 adults and our pets during the Christmas Holiday. Nothing negative to share only positive comments. Climate control was awesome. Washer and dryer were better than our own. Conveniently located near down town Tulsa
