The place was great, however the listing advises that you could sleep up to a max of 6 people. However there was not enough plates to accommodate...so we used the dishwasher daily. Note we booked this property for 13 days and only received a 4-5 dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. After asking and promptly receiving additional stock we again ran out and just purchased on our own. Dishonest or at the very least completely misleading.

We booked this stay to visit family at The University of Tulsa. The listing on VRBO showed the approximate location of the house to be in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of the University. We were sent the actual address on the day of check-in and upon arrival we thought that we had made a mistake with the gps. After double-checking, we realized that the house was not near the location shown on the VRBO listing but several blocks away and directly facing HWY 64. The only thing between the front yard and the freeway was the busy access road. Sitting in the house, the constant noise of vehicles passing was much more than we bargained for. After an immediate call to VRBO, their two attempts to contact the host and were unsuccessful. With the evening coming and family events planned we decided to go to the events and try and sleep at the house that evening. Unfortunately, the noise made getting any real rest impossible. We decided to leave a full day early. An email to the host of our departure got no reply. The house was clean and nicely appointed, aside from some dark mold spots on the shower curtain, very clean. We found it odd that the large front window had big manufacturer's sticks on it. Like it had recently been replaced. Searching to see if others had experienced that location issue we had we found that a gang murder had happened there on Jan 1, 2024. Obviously the house was repaired, but the safety of the location seemed suspect.

Cute and tidy, excellent location

This cute tidy updated home in Tulsa was spacious, inviting and easy to return to after long days at a convention. Information for use of the television as well as check out procedures were provided. Excellent hosts and an overall great nights sleep!!

Second only to Heaven

This location is perfect! It feels private and was so cozy to settle into! The amenities in the home made the stay and the hosta were wonderful at communicating with me about questions I had! The conference we were in town for was stressful, but having somewhere to settle at the end of the day that was so comfortable and cozy made a HUGE difference! Thank you for such an awesome home and for allowing us to stay!
