"We loved our week long stay at Nemasu eco lodge.Its in a beautiful setting, right next to the beach.In the middle of gardens and palm trees, with monkeys and birds. Is a local lodge with the benefits going to local people.Staff very helpful and will organise trips for you.Food good .Lodges are large and comfy with a veranda for relaxing "

"We were left baffled about the management and experience of your booking agent. You took £489.00 from my account for the payment, I explained that my husband has health problems, so that we can search for another accommodation to accommodate his needs but you refused to refund the payment. "El footsteps Ecolodge es muy recomendable! Es en una zona tranquila, rodeado por la naturaleza! Los trabajadores son muy amables y ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Me sentí muy bienvenida y cuidada, como una familia grande. Además ayudan a organizar rutas para explorar y conocer a Gambia de manera local y no tan turística! Te ofrecen chofer y guía local y te llevan a lugares espectaculares! El lodge es todo ecológico y sin embargo no falta nada. La comida que ofrecen es buenísima!"

"We stayed on the last day of the season and were the only guests. Omar met us and there was also a cook and cleaning lady Adele who were very friendly and helpful. Due to an error by Hotels.com not knowing the lodge had new owners our payment had been sent to the previous owners - we are taking this up with Hotels.com as phone number also wrong but given new owners phone numbers. However as no internet at the lodge we could not cancel our booking to get our refund so this is having to be...

"It was truly magical. I had a first-floor corner apartment, washer and dryer was convenient, private pool and deck, and great beach view. With ocean sounds at night. Security is absolute, the pools on the property and landscaping are colorful, the bar staff so nice, and the nice touches like LED colored lighting for the ceiling were soothing.
