As advertised, really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of everything that was needed, the host was responsive via text - would stay again.Accidentally left some clothes behind after packing up and checking out. They were very helpful in arranging a pickup for the left behind items - even offering to have a friend deliver them up to the Phoenix area.

Tucson in July

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We needed to get some work done on a property we own in town. Staying at this VRBO was such a treat. Great to end each of our work days in this beautiful, quiet retreat. Erica was very gracious and communicative throughout our stay. Will book again!

The home is ideally located in the heart of Tucson, blocks from the U of A campus. Our host, Erica, was very gracious, welcoming and offered recommendations on key points of interest and cultural events. The historic home has charm and character, without being pretentious. The outdoor courtyard and patio areas provided for pleasant relaxation in a garden sanctuary. Exceeded our expectations.

Fantastic location - very close to the University. I was worried about a historic home in Arizona in August but the air conditioning was super cold. Everything was perfect. We will definitely try to stay at this location again in the future.

Great spot in Sam Hughes area or Tucson

This is a nice cozy unit in a great area of Tucson. You are walking distance to the University and have access to a lot of amenities within a short walk/drive. Erica is an awesome host who provides lots of local area content and is readily available to answer questions or help with any issues that crop up. We will look to stay here again next time we are in Tucson.
