Everything you need is located around you.

We had a good stay. Everything we needed was close to get to. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Note: these are triplex with a shared pool space.

Lovely casita in Tucson

We came to Tucson for a quick trip. Last minute. Found this nice place on VRBO. We wanted a 3 bedroom 2 bath place for our stay. The inside is nice. Has everything you need. Beds super comfortable! Very quiet the first 2 nights. A little toad noise last night. But still a good nights sleep! The owner answered promptly and was available if we needed anything Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Tucson!

My friend and I stayed at this lovely unit, when we came to Tucson for the annual Gem & Mineral show. The place was clean and well supplied. It was an extra treat to have a car charger available on site! The best thing about our stay was the excellent communication with the property manager. Cindy responded quickly to my questions, which gave me great comfort that should there be an issue, she would be quickly available to help.Great place to stay!

Cute relaxing place

Had a girls weekend and this was a terrific place to stay. Comfy beds, well appointed kitchen and plenty of room for 5 of us. I wish the weather would have cooperated so we could use the pool! Thank you for a lovely stay

My little tucson gem

We absolutely loved our stay and are already talking about reasons to come back. This home is tucked away, was so spacious and well decorated. I was visiting family and some cam over to swim and eat. The pool was inspected by my father (a very woresome grandpa), and he approved the pool to his liking haha said they didnt just pour chlorine in to make it seem clean. We spent most of our time on the patio or at the pool. The kitchen was very equiped with everything needed to have a small cookout. And again, the cleanliness was so on point! And the beds were so comfy, with a bad back its always my fear to get a home that has cardboard boxes for beds, but these were really nice. The only thing is I didnt realize this was a duplex, but you wouldnt know while you are there. My neighbors were friendly and I never saw them. If i could give a recommendation, this place would benefit greatly from a bbq grill! We will definitely be coming back here!

Multi unit property!

Overall we gad a great stay. Didn’t know from the listing that the property had multiple units of which all shared the pool and common area. We had unit B which is the 3 bedroom unit. The other units only have 1 bedroom. Other than that the stay was great, comfortable and close to the university.

Attention to property needed

This property has the potential to be good but it is not. I found out not from the listing but from another reviewer about the shared pool area. Upon arrival I was very disappointed that there were weeds everywhere, garbage beside the trash can and the property looked generally unkept. My son and I were 18 mins early and were unable to access the property until the cleaning lady came to change the code. The furniture is all stained, the fridge was not working and I fished a beer can and a water bottle out of the shared pool. I contacted the owner and stated all of these things, because it was a Sunday she couldn’t not replace the fridge and our perishables had to go to waste. She was supposed to let me know what time the fridge was going to be switched but didn’t. I had to contact her. At this time, I also informed her about the pile of garbage (deflated floaties, old chair covers, general garbage etc) in the backyard. Along with empty cups, cans etc. I also told her that neither of the bathroom doors closed. The main one was falling off the hinges at the top and the ensuite was stuck partway. I requested one nights stay refund to this she didn’t even respond. When the guys came to take the fridge, they couldn’t get it through the door so we left as they had to get tools etc. when we came back, a new fridge was in and working (which was good), one bathroom doors was fixed and they had piled all of the backyard garbage in one pile in the corner of the yard. We spent 12 nights on property and came home to dog poop in the common area as the other renters had 2 dogs and a cat, weeds that were up to my shoulder on the side patio area of the house, completely stained patio cushions at our patio table, sharp tin and screws from the extra tin fence they put up laying on the ground. I heard from the owner one more time the day before leaving where she said the landscaper was arriving at noon to get rid of the weeds I had complained about…to little to late PLUS the landscaper never did arrive. When we left the weeds were still shoulder and hip high. The pool had loose screws in the bottom, the skimmer net was completely full of holes, there are little blue pieces of plastic everywhere from the pool cover completely disintegrating. Overall, our stay was terrible. We have travelled to Tucson and rented VRBO a bunch of times, as we have 2 kids at U of A. This is the worst managed property that we have ever stayed anywhere in the world.

Great location

The location of this spot is perfect! 15 minutes from anything that you want to do. The swimming pool is used by all guests that are on the property, which made us choose not to use it.

Wonderful place-would stay again!

This property met our needs almost perfectly! The beds and bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Bathrooms and kitchen seemed newly updated and lovely. Loved the cute and colorful style😍 TVs in every room and easy to use, plus a great picnic table just outside the sliding glass doors was very convenient and enabled us to spend more time outside. The kitchen was a little small & not as well equipped for our liking, but we made it work. Since we are very particular about food, we probably use a kitchen on vacation more than others…. Of the 4 pool lounge chairs, two were broken, but this didn’t stop us from getting sun by the pool! Property could potentially have up to 10 people, so more and better chairs is just essential. The location was central yet quiet, plenty of privacy walls/fences and felt safe.
