Home was plenty large. Washer/dryer a plus. Communication with host was timely. Very pet friendly. Pool was nice but not utilized much. Cleanliness was problematic. We spent the majority of our first day there waiting for/ then walking the maintenance person through what needed to be cleaned. We weren’t going to leave our things with someone we did not know. However Daniel did a great job cleaning. A few things to help guests: bath mats; hand towels and wash cloths (I went out and purchased some); hooks or towel bars in bathrooms to hang towels/wet towels; lawn chairs to use around the pool. The cushions on outdoor patio furniture are shot—ripped, stained, cigarette burns—need replacing. The “remodeled” aspect of the advertisement I think should be removed—floors old/laminate cupping, chairs tired and worn, walls need repainting ( grimy, discolored.) I recommend you repair the glass shower door that is missing—water sprays outside the curtain and is a slip hazard everytime you shower. I also recommend you wash the curtains, esp in the living room—had white stains of some kind on them—looked like liquid of some kind was spilled on them. The baseboards need repairing, the step down bedroom by the laundry room is a definite accident waiting to happen regardless of the signage—the “watch your step” sign was not a good look. The first impression at the front door—the missing paint—gave me a clue of what I might find inside. Overall the stay was good.

We had 9 people and there was more than enough space. The kids loved the pool (even though it was cold!) and the adults had fun with the pool table. The house was really roomy and comfortable. The hosts were quick to reply whenever we had questions. We’d stay again next time we’re in Tucson.

If I could give 10 stars I would. My family had such a great time and there was so much space. The beds were super comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

Our group of 18 had such a fun time here. The house was even better than expected and everyone kept saying how much they loved it. The host was responsive and helpful from the start. We’d book again for sure.

This place was perfect for our group of 13. It was close to Saguaro National Park and had plenty of space. David and his team were quick to respond whenever we had questions, which made the trip super smooth. Everything was clean and the white couches and bedding looked really nice. We’d definitely stay again.

The property is as listed. We stayed here while moving in kids at U of A. It was perfect for organizing form items. We played pool, but never got to the pool outside as we were too busy. Beds were comfortable, and my husband was able to do work from home when I was running errands. Overall great pick for us.

The property manager responded promptly. The property required better cleaning and maintenance. I was concerned about possible injury to toddler staying with us due to exposed carpet tacks, fence rusted through and loose, and broken furniture, etc. Internet did not work until we contacted the internet provider and fixed it - 24 hours after checking in and trying to resolve with property manager. Pool had black algae, manager sent a person they described as a pool expert to resolve the problem, the "expert" told us she had never cleaned a pool before. Three laborers came to the house to work in it, two if which had bid on the work on a job app and had no idea what they were supposed to do. Property manager moved us to a new house after two days. He said his resolution specialist would contact me within three days. One week later, still no contact.

Enjoyed the weekend

InTucson for family party. Nice having king size beds in all rooms. Pool was nice although the filter started leaking and needed repair. We did enjoy the pool table. The house was nice for big party.

Excellent location! Spacious house!

This location was perfect size for our large group vacation! It's in an excellent location in Tucson and within a short drive of just about anything you'd like to do. The pool was perfect for our large group as well and was amazing for cooling off after a hot day exploring the town!

Was Okay.

You can tell the home has had some abuse by others that have stayed there. Our bedroom door latch was janky but workable. Our master bath was missing one of the shower doors, so the floor would get wet. They said they knew of all the problems. I then assumed they knew there was only one door on the shower. The place was clean for the most part, though the ceiling fans in some rooms could be cleaned better. They did send someone to replace the gas tank on the grill, as the tank was empty. They were responsive to our calls. We did enjoy the neighborhood.

Plenty of Space!!

It was a short stay, everyone had a room and the beds were comfortable. Quiet neighborhood with everything you need within 5 minutes away. There were a few downers.. but ya cant have it all!! David the host was so responsive and we really appreciated the cool ac and the refreshing pool!

Relaxing friends and family vacation

Clean property. However, there were not enough towels provided for our group of nine. The host graciously allowed us to extend our checkout time by one hour at no additional cost.
