    This unique place has a style all its own! Tucked away in the Historic Sam Hughes neighborhood, this charming house is the perfect getaway. Enjoy Himmel Park a few steps away and walk to local restaurants. Only minutes from U of A, 4th Ave and Downtown. This home has been completely renovated and has all the southwest urban vibes. Grill at night by the fire-pit and take a dip in the hot tub. Experience hidden gems, Reid Park Zoo and Hi Corbett Field, only minutes away!

    Please note, the home is next to a park, there is a fence and gate for privacy.



    No USPS mail allowed unless delivered to the front door. Amazon packages, FedEx and UPS can be delivered to the front door.

This property may look a little odd when you first drive up but it's honestly a wonderful little place to stay and a true hidden gem. It's pretty much all brand new. I was a little worried about the park next door but all I saw there was neighborhood residents walking dogs or riding bikes along the path adjacent to the yard (which is surrounded by a fence and hedge so very peaceful, private and secure). I've booked a zillion VRBO's and I really appreciate one that is so thoughtfully designed and equipped. They really thought of everything, including labels on switches, coffee pods, shower products, etc. Communication with property manager was excellent. I hate to even mention the one thing that could possibly keep me from coming back, and that was the mattress - I'm not used to a firm memory foam so had a hard time sleeping. But maybe that's just me! Overall, kudos to the property owners /managers for a job well done.
