Very nice place for a staycation, home was spacious and well kept, the pool was clean and very enjoyable, very quiet neighborhood and the host Eric was gracious and communicable only when needed. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet getaway with all the amenities you could want, cheers!

Wow. Incredible. We used to live down the street and so coming home to a house like this w the views, the quiet life and the amenities inside, you won’t want to leave. Eric was an exceptional host, answered all questions I had and really worked w our needs for the trip. You will not be disappointed. The primary bed was wonderful, the shower, amazing. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much. Can’t wait to come back and stay at this property.

Great Location

We thought we were going to be 4 of us but turned out to be just my husband and me. The house is spacious with plenty of seating/sofas so that you would never not be able to find a spot to be alone. Outside has various sitting places. We bought wood for the fire pit but never found time to sit out during the evening. I was visiting my sister and brother-in-law, and they kept us on the go. We had fabulous weather…a bit chilly in the mornings and when the sun set but warm from 10:00 on. The location was great. We were within 15 minutes to most of the restaurants where we ate. We went to Centennial Hall where my nephew had the lead in Touring Broadway Show of Some Like It Hot….only 18 minutes away and good restaurants. The kitchen was lovely but few condiments. There was coffee, salt & pepper and some olive oil. Unfortunately, it was too chilly to use the beautiful pool. Our biggest complaint was that it is a Smart House. Way smarter than us. We tried asking it to turn on the bedside lamps; the closet lights came on. This went on for a while until we discovered that the lamps were unplugged. Eric immediately answered our email when we contacted him about our problem. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. This is not a complaint; more of a personal observation. The house is lovely, but it doesn’t feel like anyone has lived there. I would definitely rent it again.

Lovely house with backyard oasis

We had a great two-week stay here, spending lots of time outside by the pool, enjoying three different sitting areas as the sun moved across the sky. House was immaculate, comfy beds. Primary bath especially nice with choice of rain shower or handheld shower. Kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and a broad range of supplies, including dish and laundry soaps and paper products. We lost hot water one day and Eric sent a plumber immediately who replaced the water heater that day. Neighborhood was quiet and house private, close to Whole Foods and a great pizza place (jimmy's). Note 3rd BR has a single bed. Eric was responsive to all our requests and an excellent host.

A quick side trip

We drove from Chicago to Santa Fe for Easter and decided to go to Tucson for a few days since our 38 year old daughter had never been there. The home”s layout is perfect. It is abundantly stocked with everything you may need. Eric was very kind and responsive. If there were one downside it would be the maintenance of the yard needed work. Weeds were sprouting in the pavers and open area. However, since the weather has been so fickle, we decided that it just occurred within the past week and there was no time for the owner to attend to it with our being there. It certainly did not prevent our enjoyment of sitting

My favorite VRBO ever!

Mountain views. Thoughtful touches. Peaceful neighborhood. Super-clean and spacious home. I travel in VRBO’s all the time, and this is by far the best. When I come to Tucson, I love to spend time outside with “my mountains,” soaking up rest and peace. This is the perfect backyard for that! Plus, my husband was thrilled with the fully-equipped kitchen. He loves to cook and grill. The beds are very comfortable, and we slept so well. I’d recommend this home for kids too. There’s a whole separate living room stocked with games and movies. Plus, Eric was a wonderful host. I can’t wait to come again! 11/10

Tucson Gem Show

We always rent a house when we come for the annual Tucson Gem show. This was the perfect place, great location, quiet neighborhood, and everything was there that we needed! Eric our host was great. We would stay again.

Nice and Clean

The property was clean and well equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and upscale. We enjoyed the pool and backyard - lots of great views. The pool requires a bit of manual intervention, making sure that the hose if properly attached to the skim and making sure the skim box is pushed down for optimal suction. Other than that, the house was great.

Lovely home, lovely neighborhood, lovely owners

This is a wonderful property for a small family. The pool is lovely with its waterfall but no toodler safety fence. The entire back yard is softly lit with lighting on the walls that completely surround the back yard making it totally pet friendly. The kitchen is spectacularly well equipped and everything works. Most of the interior lights are on dimmers. The home has excellent internet. Highly recommended.

Lovely comfortable family home

This home was a lovely gathering place for our family to celebrate Christmas. Beautiful Mountain Views out the back. Comfortable furniture indoors and outdoors with a huge fenced in backyard with plenty of places for lounging. The kitchen was large and well equipped for a Vrbo. We did a lot of cooking and baking as my family loves to cook. Eric was super responsive and accessible for a few minor requests. The beds were firm and comfortable and everything was as seen in the photos but even nicer in person. We know Tucson as we have family there and I grew up there— I really like this neighborhood and enjoy being close to the mountains and to Sabino Canyon.. we would definitely stay there again.

Great!

You cannot go wrong renting this home. It’s a “smart home” and it’s lovely! 2 coffee machines—a drip and a keurig! The rooms are good sized and the beds comfortable. It’s in a great quiet area in East Tucson. Eric is great to work with. Kitchen is terrific for you if you love to cook. We had a great time and would definitely rent here again.

Hands down the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed at!

Title says it all. Eric was an excellent host, the property was spotless, and everything was set up absolutely perfectly for my family. Kids were cozy, we were comfortable, everyone was entertained and we had a lovely vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Great property, great host

In a quiet and safe neighborhood - but not too far from grocery and other essential shopping. Very clean property with lovely backyard and spotless pool. Owner was kind enough to bring over a grill, propane tank and bbq tools so we could cook out in the evening. Beautiful place and super responsive owner made it a great visit for our family.

This property has gorgeous mountain views, a sparkling pool, clean and comfortable furnishings, and a well-stocked kitchen. Close to groceries and take-out too. I would absolutely stay here again.
