This property delivered on all things listed and more. The spaces were large and the bedroom design perfect for two parties. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could want, including a really good supply of spices. The outside was thoroughly enjoyed by my 6 year old grandson and the umbrellas were very helpful in our sunny part of the day. Two bonuses not mentioned is the AZ room for dining with misters and the firepit has misters as well.

House was perfect for our family. The master bedroom is very spacious and the backyard was perfect for our young kids. Nice and quiet neighborhood with great views of the mountains. Highly recommend this house and hopefully can stay here again in the future.

We had a great time in Tucson and enjoyed this home so much. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook at home. Beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. Lots of books and games throughout the house. Best part was the backyard. We spent hours outside enjoying the sunshine. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The house was perfect for my husband, 2 sons (22 and 20 yr old) and me. Favorite part was drinking coffee in the hot tub in the chilly morning enjoying the sunrise and the view of Pusch Peak. Great location, close to restaurants, hiking, golf, etc. House is stocked with everything you would need! Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation!

Beautiful well stocked beyond belief home with a fantastic backyard oasis! When they tell you they have everything believe it. Best stocked home we’ve stayed in yet. And the outdoor area is a dream. Will definitely visit again. The host and caretaker checked with us a few times to make sure all was great. Rent this place!!!

Beautiful home with great layout for the 4 adults in my family. Backyard is the reason you book this home. Heated pool and spa. Putting green. Great location close to any activity or restaurant. Manager is super responsive, helpful, wants your stay to be the best experience.

10/10 experience at this house! The house and grounds were extremely clean. It was well stocked with pretty much anything you need during your stay, had a gorgeous pool/spa/patio/yard area with a beautiful view and was close to everything we wanted to do in the area. Great stay! Good communication with the host. Like a home away from home (except with a pool and spa and much warmer weather! :) ). Loved it! Thank you for sharing your home!

This was our 2nd stay at this property, and it did not disappoint! The property was clean, the manager had clear and timely communication, and the fully-stocked kitchen was a big bonus. Plus the beautiful mountain views from the pool & hot tub in the backyard! :)

We had the best trip! The house had everything we needed to step through the door and start vacation! We appreciated all the thought that has gone into the amenities. We cooked most of meals at the house just because we didn’t want to leave (but did try some local restaurants too). We spent hours in the yard. We also enjoyed some time hiking some trail almost everyday. Rich was also very helpful and responsive to our communications. We look forward to renting the house again soon.

We are a well travelled couple who have stayed in many villas around USA/Europe and this is undoubtably one of the best we have ever stayed in. The outdoor area is picture perfect. Indoors is beautifully arranged and has that unique homely feeling. This is evidently a well loved and superbly maintained villa by the owner and the management team.

The house was great and very clean but what I was impressed the most was the backyard and pool. The water temperature was perfect. There was no initial “coldness” walking into the pool and the backyard has plenty of amenities to stay relaxed.

We came to Tucson for my work conference. Beautiful home, great amenities. Lots to do our family did not want to leave. We swam, enjoyed hot tub, sat around fire, played games. Highly recommend.
