🛋️ Cozy Living Area: A comfortable living space with a smart TV and a pullout sofa accommodates additional guests.

🧺 Practical Notes: A full-size washer and dryer are available in an external laundry room on the property.

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the private casita and full access to an external laundry room located separately on the property.



There is no shared interior living space.

All interior areas of the main house are private and locked.



The Neighborhood:

A peaceful mountain retreat set away from the bustle of Tucson, yet conveniently located near Oracle Road, with quick access to great food, shopping, and scenic attractions. A semi-private hiking trail starts right near the property, perfect for nature walks.



Getting Around:

The casita sits at the end of a long driveway on N. Marne Place. Please drive carefully, as it is a one-way drive. Guests may park in the designated spot labeled “Casita Parking.” Car, Uber, and Lyft are the recommended transportation options.



Other Things to Note:

🌀 Ceiling Fan Remote: Currently unavailable, but AC system is fully operational.

🚗 Parking: Space for one vehicle; please park in front of the sign labeled Casita.

🏠 Shared Property: Owner resides in the main house; all private areas are locked and soundproofed.

🧺 Laundry Facility: In‑unit washer/dryer out of order. Guests may use the common area laundry room (center of property, unlocked).

🛋️ Commons Room: Available for meetings, seating, or quiet relaxation. Guest‑managed, cleaned weekly, and may be used by other guests or the owner.

📌 Additional Note: Commons room is not maintained by our team and unavailable for leisure use, but accessible for washer/dryer use.

Direct Delivery Only: Any mail, packages, or deliveries should be received by guests in person or delivered directly to the property doorstep.

No Mailbox Access: We do not have access to the mailboxes, as they are reserved for owner use only.

Assistance Option: If on‑site coordination or retrieval assistance is needed from our ground team, additional charges may apply.

This home maintains a strict pet‑free environment to ensure comfort and safety for all guests. Any evidence of pets will result in a $250 fine. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
