The hot tub was absolutely disgusting and all around it. There were some broken garden lights. There was leaves and dirt all over the area in the back. We actually canceled our reservation because this place was very dirty not well kept at all.

Wonderful place, will definitely return!!

Todd‘s place is amazing. The outdoor spaces are wonderful for relaxing and watching sunrise/sunset. We did use the hot tub, which was really nice. We did not use the pool. All of the bedding and towels were plentiful and plush. Todd communicated via email and text with us promptly and the check-in process was easy. Property is private, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Neighborhood seemed nice and quiet driving through it. Everything was fantastic and we cannot wait to go back.

Just Right!

Three of us stayed at this house for 5 days and found it to be JUST RIGHT! It was refreshing to jump in the pool after a HOT day on the golf course. Nicest towels and bedding that I've ever had at rental house! The owner was quick to answer any questions or take a quick call and was definately pleasant and easy to work with. I will keep this property in mind whenever I come back to the Tucson area.

Wonderful home in Tucson!

The property owner was very welcoming and available if needed. Their home was besutiful and had all the little touches you would like to see. We had a wonderful peaceful weekend in Tucson. The home is in a quite neighborhood not far from local shopping but not in the middlee of the crowded city life. Definitely reccond this home if you plan on staying in Tucson. This home would also be great for large groups plenty of space for everyone. Thanks Todd for a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Place with Lots of Room

This is a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need furnished. Many porches to hang out & lots of room inside as well. The owner was helpful & friendly. My only complaint was a non-disclosed Rental Agreement you have to sign before you arrive. Most of the clauses are fair & I had no issues signing, but what was not disclosed was how we had to not go outside after 9pm due to noise restrictions in neighborhood. If this was clear in the listing, I would have selected a different place & not felt forced into the restrictions with no ability to cancel without losing my money. It actually worked out fine for us with weather a bit chilly, but if I was renting in summer, I would like to be able to enjoy pool or jacuzi a bit later.

Great Location and Host

An older home in an excellent private and quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac. One of the best VRBO hosts. So why not a higher rating? Appliances and some of the furniture old and tired, some landscaping needs attention, jumble of small drinking glasses and utensils in kitchen, cupboards cluttered. Microwave in laundry room, very tired mattress pad and polyester rather than cotton sheets in the master bedroom. The location and the host compensate for a lot of this, but the place just needs some updating and TLC.

Stunning property, lacking in cleanliness and upkeep

Property, views, and amenities were fantastic, however, there were dirty/greasy surfaces, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cupboards, and old/spoiled food in the refrigerator. Outside was a bit messy, with leaves, rotting lemons all around the lemon tree, weeds growing between patio bricks, rodent feces by the pool box, tons of ants around pool/hot tub areas. Hot tub was dirty with sand/rust stains, and half the Jets didn't work. This would easily be a 5 star property with better cleaning/upkeep/maintenance.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The views and location were fantastic. The property itself is a bit dated, but comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. The pictures were accurate and we definitely picked this for location. We enjoyed hiking in nearby Catalina State Park, and the many nearby restaurants.

Love this spot! Have stayed many times now.

This is one of our favorite spots in Tucson. Great location, right down the street from convenience, but tucked away, safe, and private. The pool is soooo beautiful to view from the maser bedroom and fun for the kids. Some nice games, and overall a very luxurious and friendly feel. Thanks again Todd and Stacie!

Todd is so accommodating and very attentive. The house has a beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood.. Nice dark sky. Horned Owl on roof… . Nice supplied kitchen. We were sorry we had to leave.

Very clean. Somewhat outdated. It is an older property. The dimmer switch in the master bath when used because very ward. The yard needed to be cleaned and swept. Nice beds. Nice location. I recommend this property.

It’s all about the view

Visited the area to visit with family and friends. House was great with everything you needed to cook and entertain. Todd was easily contacted and was very responsive to my calls. BUT, the outdoor areas is where we spent all our waking hours. The Mountain View’s were amazing. Add the grounds with dozens of flowering cactus, cool birds and other wildlife, and it was the best choice for our trip. I’ll rent with these folks again.

Our favorite home away from home

We stayed here before and will continue to book this home when visiting AZ. The home has all the amenities you need. The views here are amazing. There are 3 patios and an outside bar and grill to enjoy meals. It is close to restaurants and shopping, but peaceful and quiet at the same time. Todd is always great to deal with. We can't wait to go back!
