Tucson getaway

We wanted to get away for a few days after my wife had had radiation treatment for cancer. We wanted no phones, no visitors and quiet for a few days and we found it. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and it was well stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect Location

House was perfect location for me and family to ride bikes right out the door. Big bedrooms, comfortable living spaces, the most electronic reclining chairs we’ve ever seen! Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Lovely home!

The house was perfect for us and our two dogs. We were in town for the Cynosport World Games USDAA dog agility competition and it was a really nice place to relax and recuperate after long days. The spa was perfect and if it had been a little warmer we might have braved the pool. If we come back in two years, we’ll definitely try to book the same home!

Location is within 10 minutes of Davis Monthan afb. Close to everything we wanted to do. Great books with lots of Arizona info and things to do. Clean property owner is very accommodating.

Nice and Quiet Relaxation

We came to the area for a special event for our grandchild. The home was nicely decorated and the house was very clean. We enjoyed sitting outside near the pool, swimming, and the hot tub. It was nice relaxing place to stay near our event. Great host!

An oasis in the desert

It felt like a resort to stay here. Sitting in the hot tub looking out over the very private pool at the mountains, palm trees, and cacti. We enjoyed a couple fresh lemons from the tree in neck and even 2 grapefruit from the tree in front. It was close to anything you need and attractions. Would love to stay here again.

Great

Other than a few spots of deferred maintenance and a hot tub that needed to be drained, we loved the kitchen, hot water, appliances, location, comfort, sheets, beds, pillows, garage access, decor, and furniture. Stay here to relax in a quiet neighborhood close to the Air Force Base. Not too far from the highway and other attractions, depending on what you are looking to do. I have stayed in many many homes in Tucson while working and this one is top notch for the value.

Great destination for a few days

We had a great time! The home is comfortable, the backyard was quiet, inviting and relaxing with a pool that can be heated for an additional cost (which we didn't do) and the fruit trees (grapefruit, lemon and tangerines) are wonderful! The hot tub was absolutely heavenly! We were especially happy to be able to bring our two dogs with us.

Loved it!

Cozy and comfy. Loved it! Great for a family to enjoy time together. Great location. 20 min drive to anything. Space was clean and we were well equipped for our stay. If I return to Tucson I will definetly be looking for this property again!

Our home away from home.

Exactly the amount of space we needed for 3 nights with our 2 dogs and 2 kiddos. Fun discovering all the home comforts even if we didn’t use them (popcorn maker & ice cream maker). Condiments available to use! Loved the rock painting! Wish there were more family games and kids activities.

Paradise in Tucson

The house, the quiet neighborhood, the views, everything was absolutely fantastic. Everything was in working order, and having left over non perishables was wonderful. We left our non perishables there for the next guests! The rock painting idea was so much fun. We were centrally located for some wonderful sightseeing adventures!! It was so wonderful to see all the cactus in bloom.

Labor day stay-cay 2022

Nice place, big pool, good AC cools house off fast, big kitchen, comfortable living room - couch has a fold out bed but we didn't use good for alternative sleeping arrangements, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, big master bed/bath, long patio/ porch lots of shade, and nice big hot tub, lots of towels, and other house hold supplies. Propane grill for our Sunday cookout. Lots of patio furnitre, Quiet neighborhood .. *Bring sunscreen, mosquito spray and or citronella candles for patio time and the housekeeping / maintenance or pest control service should check under patio furniture for black widows. We killed 2. That was the only thing that got a 1 star for me. We had fun and would stay again.

Good Neighborhood and nice home

The home was overall a really good space. We were there from Thursday thru Sunday. It was clean for the most part. The house was great, plenty of items in the kitchen, the bathrooms were clean, the living room was nice and cozy. It was a really good stay. The pool was awesome. The grill worked perfectly. Thanks!!

"Just wonderful!," with our thanks

With the unique circumstances of a family emergency taking us to Tucson, we left with deep gratitude to God for our stay at this home. Once we persevered through the lack of communication from Evolve, we entered the kind, caring, and generous world of the owner and the property manager. In our stress we needed mercy in various forms and they worked hard to meet our needs. Their communication and deeds were far above all we have ever asked of a property owner or manager, and we are deeply grateful to/for them. (PS - If Evolve's bogged-down system gives you trouble and you have waited as long as you can, call VRBO/Home Away and have them break the log jam for you. They also rose to the occasion.) Re the house itself, it is wonderful. It has been fully stocked with quality and care in every room, right down to the smallest detail. They spared nothing in providing for their guests' comfort, and we again deeply appreciate it. Our favorite part was the open kitchen-to-living-room floorpan. We could chatter back and forth to each other as we convened in the morning and evening. It conveyed a freedom to just live while we were there; it was like balm to us since we were under great stress. We only got in the pool one day, but it was awesome. It was our golden retriever puppy's first "pool " swim, and so we got to add it to the growing list of bodies/forms of water that she has navigated in her young life! How fun. How very fun. So it is a joy to have the owner and property manager have prepared a place so comfortable, much less actually listen, hear, and act while in our behalf. Well done, Sharon (owner) and Lisa (property manager). Our thanks. Hope this review gets you other listings and we hope to stay with you again under better circumstances.
