This rental was fantastic! The hosts were amazing! They kept in touch and when we had a question they promptly answered. The house was clean, spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed every second of our time here. The pool was fantastic. This rental has available inflatable toys to use .a pool vacuum, a sun room with furniture and even patio furniture for us to use! We had an amazing time and we would definitely do it again!

Work retreat

My company had a job up in this area and instead of the typical hotel stay we thought we'd treat our people to a luxury week! This was the perfect place! Tiffany & Karen were in touch with everything and very easy going! A from us!!! Thank you!

Nice yet lacking

The house matched the description but fell short in several aspects. Beds were comfortable but the wood blinds let sunlight in, and the downstairs blind was broken requiring tape to block the light. The upstairs porch room is an oven and it was only 80degrees so can't imagine how hot it gets. As others said, the neighbor's dog is up barking between 6-7am which is heard clearly in the master bedroom.Our biggest challenge was there was nowhere to relax comfortably—no chairs by the pool (2 broken lounge chairs were in the sunroom), a fragile love seat and 2 wicker chairs in the sunroom, and inside seating included a lumpy couch, straight back hard chairs, and harsh lighting in the TV room. The dining room table (sat 8) and was a nice place to have meals however the chairs were flimsy and one has a cracked leg. The bathrooms were grimy and the big tub jets all had red mold in them making it useless. As stated, the pool was not heated and as such it was cold, like an ice bath. The pictures show a side pool resembling a hot tub; it wasn’t! "Sanitary purpose" was the reason given for no pool towels however the inside towels (and sheets) were grey, tan, and colored so none of the linens were cleaned with bleach and so having pool towels doesn't seem like a stretch. Finally, the upstairs deck has a lot of soft spots and feels as if you will fall right through it. Host responded quickly to questions albeit a bit curt in their communications. Nice house but needs attention.

Tucsan Sun in the Springtime

ADEQUATE BUT NOT COMFORTABLEMy wife and I hosted our daughter and son's family for a week of sun and golf. The place is adequate, but with several rough patches.- We were told specifically not to show - up before 4pm, as it was being cleaned?! When we arrived, there leaves in the back sunroom, there was no vacuum available, I swept the back room out.- The online description said a 2 car garage, but there is actually a 3-car garage .. but no parking on the street overnight.- There were a bunch (a dozen) old partial open paint cans stored around the furnace in the garage .. we moved to other side of garage for safety reasons.- It was obvious there was a lot of updating being done ...- Master bedroom is very large, as is the bath with new shiny flooring (walk-in shower is wonderful, Jacuzzi, large walk-in closet w lots of shelves), but only two hand-towels rings .. and no racks to hang damp towels, no hooks to hang a change of clothes or toiletries. New dark-wood bath vanities feature twin sinks, but are at waist high and hard to use.-- Master bed is a 4-inch foam pad w no box spring or mattress topper - not the best.- kitchen looks updated, but lighting is poor (under cabinet lights needed)- hot tub doesn't heat- no dish towels, cooking utensils are cheap quality (we bought some), no first-aid kit- the game table is cheap: air hockey doesn't work and it's very small, so the pool table is unusable.-Communication was authoritarianWon't return

Spring break getaway

Beautiful neighborhood, house was large, so lots of space for all. Very updated and clean. Pool was not heated so it was too cold to swim in it in April, even though air temps were in the high 90’s during the day and sunny.Good location for all our activities with most being within a 45 minute drive.Main con was dogs from neighbor barked every time a dog was walked by their house, especially early in the am, but that is not the fault of the owner. Just an fyi.

Two week stay during high season

Stayed two weeks during high season as a getaway from cold weather. Location is close to grocery stores and the neighborhood has ample paths for walking which we enjoyed. We had limited non-work time so we didn't get to Catalina State Park, but it's very close. Views of the mountains are excellent. A couple other reviewers mentioned the barking dogs next door and in the neighborhood generally. We also experienced both the neighborhood barking dogs and next door barking dogs. Most days they would start about 6am, which wasn't an issue for us because we are early risers. We completely understand the host cannot control this, and also believe it's helpful for guests to know this information.Wifi speed and quality was adequate. Both Zoom and Google Meet calls would freeze for a couple seconds every few minutes. No issues with non-video call normal work activities or watching streaming video like Netflix.Overall it was a good place to stay.

Beautiful house and friendly area, house had everything we needed, the pool was refreshing, very nice neighbourhood, we felt safe. Hosts responded quickly to questions. Close to restaurants and shopping. Overall a great time, thank you!

Family Reunion

We loved the house. It was spacious and clean. The pool was perfect for an early morning swim before the day’s activities. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and we didn’t have to go far for groceries, supplies, etc. One thing to note, the neighbor’s dogs start barking very early in the morning. Our group loves dogs and we were up early anyway so it didn’t bother us. If you like to sleep later you may want to pick a bedroom on the other side of the house.
