The faucet to the bathroom tub had a water leak and it made a lot of noise, it was annoying and also at breakfast, the person in charge in that shift is not attentive to set what ends up at breakfast and some guests are left without eating something.

Buen hotel para descansar.
Es un hotel muy accesible para llegar a descansar. La habitación es de tamaño adecuado. Lo único que el baño no tenia extractor o ventana de ventilación. El desayuno continental esta bien.

Mala atención, personal poco amable desde que te reciben, instalaciones no muy limpias y el desayuno, nunca te mencionan que es de 7 a 9 am, llegamos a las 8:40 aprox y ya no alcanzamos nada, en general no lo recomiendo.

Se necesita facilitar personal que sea más amable. Ala hora de hacer el check inn. Además de que el mismo, independiente del idioma tenga la disponibilidad de comunicación con cualquier huésped, es básico en Hotelería.

The pool was dirty, the room floor sticky, the air conditioning very noisy and people with no business walking around the cars.

Nuestra estadía estuvo buena. solo un par de comentarios; por la parte trasera, del lado del canal, pasan varios vagabundos muy cerca del parking, estuvimos con el pendiente. por otro lado; al rentar por internet te indica que es hotel con desayuno, pero uno espera por lo menos un desayuno continental, pero solo proporcionan una paquetito con: 1 agua, una barra de granola y 1 pan de dulce, asi como café y jugo de naranja; entonces tienes que desayunar en otro lugar; enseguida tienen un restaurant Denny's
