This home is gorgeous and bursting with Southwest charm. It’s got everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and the location is both central to anywhere you’d want to go in Tucson, and yet very quiet. Parking is easy, as is getting around from this location. Host Erica gave us lots of information about local attractions, restaurants and such, and responded within minutes anytime we messaged her. She’s a great host — there with whatever you need, but never intrusive. Check-in/out literally could not have been easier. This was our first visit to Tucson, and it was amazing. We’ll certainly return, and we will certainly try to stay here again if it’s available. We’ve stayed in a lot of short-term rentals, and we’ve never had a better experience. This is a great place.

A beautiful place to stay for up to three people. Villa Blanca has everything you will need for your visit. The main bedroom is lovely and the trundle bed is surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom is small, what you would expect in an older home. They back yard is a wonderful place to relax, and enjoy the morning/evening.

Mother/daughter weekend

My 5 yo daughter and I stayed at the house for a wedding and had a fabulous time! The house was comfortable, with lots of well thought out welcoming touches. The host even laid out desert children's books and stuffed animals! If we're ever back in Tucson, we'd love to stay again!

Arriving at Villa Blanca on 3/17, confirmed to us that we had found the pot of gold! Erica's communication was timely and thorough. Her home is warm, cozy and inviting. It is located in a wonderful, historic area walking distance to the university. If you are looking for Old Pueblo charm enhanced with modern conveniences, Villa Blanca is the place.

University of Arizona move

This house was perfect for our trip to Tucson. Impeccably clean and artfully decorated- this adorable 1.5 bedroom home was conveniently located 2 blocks from University of Arizona. Erika provided a wonderful welcome gift basket for us and information about the local eateries, sights etc. The personal touches throughout the house made our journey to drop our oldest off at college an easy and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be staying here again when we come to visit our son. I highly recommend this gem of a home!

Delightful Space

A Wonderful Stay

Villa Blanca Pajaro had all the amenities of home including luxury towels, bedding and throws. It was a very comfortable stay in a great area within walking distance to campus, Flora’s Market, Borderlands Brew Pub and so much more. I will be back again.

Perfect weekend get-a-way!

Really enjoyed our stay, amenities and location for a college campus tour of UofA. The space is very comfortable and feels like home. Just a short walk to the University. I would totally stay here again should my son commit.
