This spacious home was fully renovated in 2016 and no expense was spared in modernizing the living spaces, kitchen or bathrooms. Each room is carefully decorated keeping theme with Tucson life! This home is one-story with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Through the entrance you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and entertainment rooms. Two bedrooms and one bath are located at the front of the house while the back of the house boasts another bedroom, bathroom and the master suite. Two bedrooms enjoy queen sized beds, one includes a full/double bed and the master boasts a king bed. Also included in the master suite is a jacuzzi tub to help rest sore muscles from a day of hiking, biking and walking around town.

Outside is a large and secure back yard with an outdoor shaded areas both front and back. An automated sliding gate provides access to a covered carport and additional secure off-street parking.

This home has fast Wi-Fi, TV is Streaming APP ready for your personal Netflix, Hulu etc accounts! Sonos music system fills the house with music for both relaxing and fun. Board games, lots of extra pillows and blankets, and plenty of comfy furnishings make relaxing easy. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, Keurig coffee maker, spices and all the pots, pans and dishes you may need, plus a dishwasher, full size washer and dryer, and AC and central heat.
