Our family had an amazing time on our trip. The home was fully stocked with the essentials. The home has so much character and was very comfortable. The pool was amazing, and the landscaping was beautiful! Felt like we were in a secret garden. We were a few minute walk from lots of food options and a quick 10 min walk to downtown. The host was so easy to communicate with and very responsive as well! Highly recommend for your next trip to Tucson!

Jenn’s house is beautiful! All of the personal touches and the extremely well stocked kitchen were most appreciated. The backyard and lovely pool make for a peaceful oasis! And it was super easy communicating with Jenn. Well done!

Great place, beautiful house with everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked and pantry and fridge had lots of extras if you are cooking - condiments and spices. Beds were very comfortable! Master bathtub is a step in and out. Could be an issue for some, but second bathroom shower was walk in. House was very clean and host was very responsive! We had to contact her several times - a door code issue (our fault), the pool cover had tripped a fuse, and she answered in minutes. We had the pool heated during our March stay which was perfect. Sidewalk up to house is not level for anyone with trouble with walking/balance. Area is dark, streets etc due to regulations. Bedroom would be nice to have some place out shades, but we got used to it. Master is bright sun by 5:30-6 am in March. Bring a sleeping mask! The location is walkable to broadway and congress with restaurants and coffee. If we were coming to Tucson would stay here again!

Everything about Jenn's home was top-tier. What really stood out (aside from the awesome pool and back yard!) was how thoughtful everything was: every single thing we might have wanted was already taken care of. On top of that, the neighborhood was fantastic, the beds comfortable, great water pressure in the shower etc etc. A truly wonderful stay.

This property was perfect for our winter getaway, from the charming. well-stocked home, walkable neighborhood and nearby restaurants to the fabulous backyard (with pool!). Jenn, our host, was a pleasure to work with. Tucson was a revelation, with fantastic national parks, great hiking and scenic drives.

Dulce 1902….How sweet it is! We fell in love with this charming house and the spacious, well-kept property. It is cute, clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is very walkable with restaurants nearby and Downtown Tucson is just a short walking distance. We felt very safe here. Jennifer is amazing! We arrived after dark and and had a question regarding entry. We phoned her and she was there to help in 2 minutes!

Thanks for the hospitality! Our recent stay at Dolce 1902 was perfect. The home was clean and very comfortable. The layout of the home was very nice.as the bedrooms/bathrooms are separated with 1 BR/BA at the front of the house and the other BR/BA at the back of the house. Both baths are ensuite. We did not use the pull out in the living area. The house is well equipped with just about anything you can need from bathroom amenities to kitchen utensils, supplies and pantry. It is literally walk in ready. The landscaping is beautiful. I could have spent our entire visit in the beautiful back yard with multiple seating areas. We did not have the pool heated as we felt it was too cool for us to swim. Our host, Jenn, was so responsive. We only had a couple of questions and she responded immediately. I hope to visit this property again. It is sweet!

We spent Thanksgiving at the property and fell in love with the house! It is very special. The outdoor spaces are amazing, olive trees, lemon tree, vines, cacti, birds, shrubs…It’s a beautiful oasis. Jenn was so responsive when I had a request on Thanksgiving Day. She went out of her way to make me happy. You can just feel the history of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was nothing lacking, even a meat thermometer for the turkey. The beds are comfy, the living room is great for movie watching, the front porch for coffee, the backyard for dining. We had a such a great stay!!

Great house and perfect location for what we were looking for! Quiet neighborhood and an absolutely stunning, perfect backyard.My only area of improvement would be the master bed. It was quite hard and uncomfortable.

Very unique and historic property. The pool and gardens are stunning- a huge space with multiple seating areas, native flowers and trees. We enjoyed sitting out a bit (unfortunately we happened to be in Tucson during the rainiest three days of the year!). If you happen to be there during a rainy time, have bug spray handy! The house is comfortable, clean and well-appointed. You’ll find everything you need. We were in Tucson for parents weekend at U of Arizona and it was perfect for us. Campus is about two miles away and is a nice walk or quick ride share. We enjoyed exploring down town and 4th street too.

This house is perfect in every way. It is clean, charming and quiet. The host has thought of everything so if you forget toothpaste, makeup wipes, a razor, etc, you will be covered. The kitchen is also fully stocked. We loved the beautiful backyard with the pool, multiple tables and chairs, and all the different birds. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we walked to the 5 points area for breakfast every morning. The host is also very responsive so if we had any questions, she always got back to us right away. We definitely hope to stay there again!

Amazing Spot

We had a perfect vacation here. The house is so comfortable and it really just feels like you’re staying in a friend’s home. The backyard and pool are STUNNING and we spent so much magical time out there. It’s walking distance to so many wonderful coffee shops and the brewery nearby was great. I recommend this 100% - you will not regret it.

Central Tucson Gem

It was our second time staying at this property. We came back because we love the location with the great walkability to downtown and local neighborhood restaurants. The amazing pool and landscaping are a big plus. Inside is comfy, well appointed from beds and furniture to coffee and a well stocked kitchen. Jenn is a very responsive host. We will rent this house again.

Beautiful Fantastically Appointed Home!

What a wonderful place to stay! The home is beautiful with two large bedrooms and two baths; wonderfully soft bedding and pillows, very comfortable furniture in the LR, an exquisite dining room table, and beautiful original artwork on the walls. The owner has stocked the place with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, in the baths, by the pool, living room (ie games), pantry (yes - full pantry), plus a goody basket of treats as a welcome. This home might be better stocked than my own. The pool is gorgeous and there are myriad floaties and a giant bin of pool-related items. The owner is in easy communication and is lovely. I highly recommend, and will stay again every time I am in Tucson!

Wow! Great Stay!
