Excellent all around. From the start of our vacation, communication was outstanding. Condo has keyless entry which was very easy to access and felt secure. Upon entering, the condo was spotless, elegant, comfortable furnishings and high quality appliances, window treatments, etc. Wonderful unobstructed views from the large picture windows. Large patio with loveseat and bar top table; we were out there often watching the wildlife, (roadrunners, rabbits, lizards, hummingbirds), beautiful mountains and just relaxing. Proximity to walking trail to Catalina right out your door, trail goest through the landscaped Loews Ventana Canyon resort and there is a waterfall within walking distance. We walked every morning at sunrise which was glorious. Very close to shopping and other conveniences. Look forward to another stay!

Beautiful views. Great location.

We booked this condo because of the location and views from the outdoor patio. And we love a ground floor unit in the desert. Great location in the Catalina Foothills near many hiking trails, including Sabino Canyon. Many good shops and restaurants close by. Gorgeous views of the mountains from the comfortable patio. Nearby pool is lovely and quiet. The condo is very comfortable, well decorated, with everything you need. The view from the giant picture window in the master is stunning to wake up to. The owner, Barbara, is so responsive and caring about her guests experience. We did have an issue with noisy guests in the condo above, but Barbara bent over backwards to make it right. Overall, a very special property and owner.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo!

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo in a great location at the base of Ventana Canyon and only a short drive to Sabino Canyon. Quiet and safe neighborhood. The condo is conveniently located next to the heated pool and hot tub. Barbara went above and beyond as a hostess. When we first arrived at around 7PM after dark, we opened the door to find the condo gently lit and soft music/nature sounds playing from the t.v. What a welcoming touch! The place was very clean and well appointed with plenty of extra sheets, pillows, towels, and throw blankets. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, and tissues are provided. Both a Keurig and regular coffee pot are also available for use. There is a lovely outdoor patio with clean cushions/pillows. True to photographs! Barbara's condo feels like a home, not just another rental. What's more, there is a grocery store (Bashas') and several great restaurants (Piazza Gavi's, Blue Ice Gelato, and El Charro) within 0.5 miles. This was our first trip to Tucson, and we were so pleased with our accommodations. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Barbara!

AMAZING SPOT !!

Altho we were not able to use this great condo for some family emergency, our children did and they could not say enough about the spot. They loved every moment and they said it was super clean, extremely well stocked and amazingly comfortable. Barbara was fantastic with our last minute change for our reservation. Perfection

To say this property is perfect would be misleading. This property is phenomenal! Perfectly appointed with every detail you could need. The views from the two main bedrooms and the living/dining are just wonderful. The patio with lovely seating facing the foothills of the Catalinas is worth the entire trip to Tucson. Barbara is the PERFECT hostess. She sent a video message welcoming us to Tucson the morning we arrived and checked on us the following day to assure we had everything we needed. We had a few glitches (eh, it's the desert, right?) but Barbara was on the spot with quicker than immediate solutions. If we could give more than 5 stars, Barbara and her condo would have ALL of them. This was a gem of a stay and we WILL return - if nothing else than to just stay at Barbara's!

Winter sun and warmth

We're northern Minnesotans looking for a bit of sun, warmth and desert to get a break from our sometimes snowy winters. We were not disappointed with our three week stay in the Green condo. The spectacular desert view from our dinning and living room windows was a great start to our days. Rosie the road runner, rabbits, gophers, song birds, hummingbirds, coyotes, javelinas, greeted us at various times of the day - great sights and entertainment during our stay. A 5 star stay! Great experience

We loved staying at this condo! It was clean, cozy, and had plenty of space for our group to stay and hang out comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. The heated pool and hot tub are lovely and very close to the condo. Barbara was a great host! We couldn't have asked for anything more.
