Wonderful property, quiet and private, home provides everything you'd need for a stay. Use of the garage was a plus. I had my small dogs with me and the fenced back yard was perfect for them. Anamax dog park is just 10 minutes away. Use of Green Valley Rec centers (pools) was available which my teenaged granddaughter appreciated when she visited. Communication with owners was quick and easy. I highly recommend!

Las Campanas Getaway

Terrell and Eileen did a fantastic job of furnishing their house with everything a guest might want or need during a stay at their property. It's a great location near many activities and close to shopping. We would definitely stay at their property again if available when we visit Green Valley.

Thanksgiving in Green Valley

Property was stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable furniture, mattresses, and minimally decorated which was great because of our pre-school aged grandson. What decor there is was tasteful and welcoming. Very clean, too. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Exceptional Stay

Outstanding property and host. Stayed for three weeks at this property in April. Truly an exceptonal experience. The house is located in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood with all the required amenities nearby. The house is in excellent condition; spotless and well maintained. It is equipped with high end furnishings and beautifully decorated. Everything works as it should. The home is fully stocked with all the household necessities. Terry and Eileen were great to work with; very thoughtful and quick to repond to any questions one might have. I can not imagine a better property or hosts to rent from. I highly recommend this property!

Of all the Virbo properties we've stayed, this is the best! Move-in ready for the vacationer. Just need food. Fully stocked with household necessities and everything works. Owners are great to work with. We return every year.

Perfect in every way!

This was our first visit to Green Valley and this rental made our time there memorable and enjoyable. The house is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood that’s easily accessible to main roads and has wide sidewalks for walking. We were impressed with the amenities of the house and thoughtful touches throughout to make guests comfortable. For example, we were greeted with a bottle of wine and snacks, the kitchen was well-equipped, the linen closets were filled with extra towels and wash cloths, and the beds were so comfy. Terry responded quickly when we had a question. We heartily recommend this house and hope to return next year.

Lovely Home - Easy Stay

This property was a great home base for us for 2 weeks as we scoped properties in the area. Everything went very smoothly. The host was communicative and helpful. The house was nice and comfortable. Household items from paper products to detergents were well stocked (a nice surprise) and there were lots of towels and linens. I highly recommend this property, and it is a great value.

The Jewel of Las Campanas

For the second year in a row we enjoyed the luxury of staying at this home. Everything is always "Just Right" The neighborhood is quiet and safe, close to things to do. We have said many times that we wish we could live here year round.

Home between Homes

We stayed at Terry's beautiful home for 5 weeks after selling our home in Flagstaff, while we waited for our new home to be completed in Green Valley. We were so thankful for Terry's willingness to let us rent with our two dogs. He's a dog guy and said, "they're part of the family!" Communication was fantastic. Terry was a thoughtful host and checked in occasionally to see if we needed anything. The house was perfectly equipped with everything you will need. The backyard is just perfect if you happen to be staying there with a pet, as the trees are mature and there is shade. The humans liked it too! We highly recommend this home to anyone in need of a place in Green Valley. Thank you so much, Terry!

Wonderful house in Green Valley

This was our first time in Green Valley. It was a pleasant surprise to find it was a beautiful area just South of Tucson. Our hosts Terry and Eileen were fantastic. I would highly recommend this accommodation!
