Great spot, so picturesque by the river. Room was very clean and pleasant. Staff lovely, very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. If looking for a break in a beautiful Devon pub, strongly recommend The Watermans Arms.

Excellent staff, room was good enough, bed very soft and could do with an uplift, some bits looked dirty because they were old and dated, rips in furnishings, limescale all over towel rail.
