Todo excelente, servicios y personal may atento, recogida en el aeropuerto despues de haber tenido problemas y retrasos con mi vuelo, aun asi estuvieron atentos a ello. Un 10 por el servicio!

El hotel bonito y confortable.
El hotel bonito y confortable. Las habitaciones estan limpias y la gente que trabaja en él es educada y amable. La localización esta un poco alejado del centro de kuta, a unos 10 min en taxi, pero merece la pena, ya que en kuta hay demasiado ruido, contaminación y suciedad. En general estamos muy contentos de nuestra elección

우울한 숙소예요.
새벽비행기라 공항 가기전에 잠시 머물기위해 들렀기때문에 큰 기대가 없었는데도 불구하고.. 너무 어둡고 주위는 다 폐허 공사장에.. 너무 깊은 골목안에 있었고 우울한 방에있는 낡은 수건에서는 담배냄새가 났어요 ㅠㅠㅠ 2만원 더 주고 힐튼가세요. 참고로 공항셔틀도 없습니다.

Stay was great, food was not!
Staff: The staff of this hotel was very pleasant to interact with and they were very accommodating. They let me check - in early as I arrived early in the morning, with a fee of course. Food: When it came to the food section, it was not a great experience. The day I arrived and went for breakfast, there was not much to relish but the staff was kind enough to get me a plate of noodles. But the next day, the menu did not look great either. It looked like they were some left overs. My experience with the food was not great. Ambiance: It was pleasant and nice. As far as the ambiance is concerned, it was worth the money

Great value close to airport.
We always stay at the Radiant resort and spa near the airport, when we first arrive in Bali and when we depart, the free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a must for us. The pools are very welcoming as is the breakfast which had a good variety of foods to choose from. Will definitely stay again, see you next year.

空港無料送迎サービスや立地、スタッフの対応は良かったのですが、冷蔵庫がなかったです。またシャワーの量が少なく、ドライヤーの風量も激弱すぎて乾きませんでした。

seul point positif la proximite de l aeroport et une literie de qualité bien que sale ! je deconseille meme pour une nuit ...proprete qui laisse desirer , etablissement qui vielli mal . porte de la chambre en verre sans rideau donc lumiere du couloir eclaire votre chambre toute la nuit et surtout eviter les chambres dans le batiment au dessus de l acceuil car vois ne pourrez pas dormir a cause du bruit et du telephone qui sonne tout la nuit ..bref c est pas cher mais poir ne pas fermer l oeil de la nuit c est trop cher !

We stayed here our first night in Bali, it was a great pit stop before we went on to our destination. We were very happy with our stay & wouldve stayed longer had we not already had reservations elsewhere & would go back.

we were promised pick up from Domestic Terminal, no-one arrived we found out later shuttle went to International, we spoke to the desk the day prior and stated domestic pick up. Used a taxi to get to hotel was charged $30 AUS should have been $3 AUS the front desk didn't want to know about it.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle, transition room meant we got to relax and shower before our flight. Rooms need an update but are clean and comfortable.

立地は空港のすぐ近くで、翌朝の出発か早いために当ホテルを利用しました。外観はバリらしい雰囲気を感じられます。部屋はまあまあですが、シャワーがお湯になるのに時間がかかります。Wifiは遅いので、現地SIM〜購入のうえスマホにデザリングして使ってました。往復の無料空港送迎はとてもありがたかったです。最大のネックは街に出るのが面倒な立地でした。空港から近すぎるため、ホテルからクタスクウェア近くのビーチまで歩いて30分くらいかかりました。(2キロくらいだと思われます。)次使うとすれば、今回と同様翌朝が早い場合かな？
