Enclosed front patio with gas grill, back patio with sitting area, Community pool. Within Tubac golf resort, pro shop and easy access to golf course, spa and restaurant. Just 30 minutes South of Tucson, Tubac is a charming village that features great restaurants, shopping and a variety of art galleries. It is also a great area for hiking , biking and relaxing. It is also accessible to a number of wild bird habitats and the Santa Cruz River Riparian area.

As advertised. Spacious, clean, great walkable and convenient location to resort and amenities. Short drive to Tubac Main Street. Jim was a great host. He met us at the property and showed us around for a quick orientation. Super helpful.

Fantastic

The villa is in the perfect location. It is cute, comfortable and very clean. The beds are comfortable and we slept great. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying again.

Nice little spot

Very convenient to the golf shop and amenities of property. Stables restaurant, resort shop and spa are a 5 minute walk away. Nice spot!

Convenient Location

We normally stay at the Tubac Golf Resort, but wanted a bit more space and a full kitchen this time. Location is perfect; a short walk to the golf course and resort amenities and just a 5 minute drive into town. The property owner is a local and was a very nice guy to work with!

Great Stay

The villa was well maintained exceptionally peaceful. The owner (host) was especially helpful and made are stay even more enjoyable.

Convenient stay

Overall the property served our purpose well - easy to get around the Resort not needing a vehicle. We would consider renting this property the next time we visit Tubac!

Great location for Golf Outing

Teally enjoyed our stay. The u it worked great for two couples, and had sufficient room and seating for others to cime and visit. Kitchen is small, but provided for everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Only alight annoyance was the hot water ran out quickly.

Arizona Historic Location

Great 4 day stay at the Historic 1789 Otero Ranch at the Tubac Country Club. Enjoyed area attractions, great dining in the Club restaurant and relaxing hikes. Villa is exactly as shown in the ad, my dog and I enjoyed everything the villa and the area had to over. Owner, Jim, met us and showed us the unit and the grounds personally.

Short walk to golf

We enjoyed the beautiful, relaxing surroundings and the great location - right at Tubac Golf Resort. The house is roomy enough. There are some projects that need to be done, mostly on the outside. But overall, it's a comfortable place to stay for a few days to get away from the bustle of Tucson.

Property not in good condition. Outside feels dilapidated. Weeds growing in the yard and no landscaping. Big cracks in the flooring of the patios. Cigarette butts lying around. Rotting wood in the underside of patio roof structures.Guest bedroom inside has old blinds that are warped and don’t fully close.Guest bathroom very old; tub doesn’t work; seal/calking around tub very dirty and old grey-brown, looks grungy.Toilet old and very low to the floor, difficult to get up from.Water temperature and pressure in shower of master not adequate.Master bath area looks like a “ do it yourself” remodel… unfinished baseboards, too many changes of flooring in a small area, unfinished door jams, etc….Not good outdoor lighting.Inside tract lighting missing light bulbs.I could go on…..I would think you would vet your properties better before you let them list with you!As this could tarnish the VRBO image.Please feel free to contact me if you want further input.

Relaxing getaway

My husband and I have stayed at Jim's villa several times and we always enjoy relaxing on the front patio. Since our previous stay, Jim has done some improvements such as a new back door and painting the kitchen and second bathroom. He even stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was okay.

Another good stay

Love this location, and Jim is very easy to reach. He will respond to and fix any problem that is brought to his attention. Through the years, the property has seen some upgrades, and I appreciated some new ones this trip. Main complaint is that it is definitely in need of some cosmetic fixes, and kitchen amenities(dishes, pots and pans, knives and cooking utensils) need improved. Overall a good visit.

Home’s patio has the roof falling and bats living inside that left bat droppings all over the entry.

AC did not work very well so at night it wouldn’t not cool over 77 degrees. It rained several days and we were there and the living room roof leaks so the floor pulled water we had to move their electronics to save TV from getting ruined.

Tubac rental

We found unit very clean and well located, but..... 1. unit does not overlook the golf course 2. front and back yard is filled with weeds 3.six of the lites were out 4. needed a flashlight to bbq due to lite out 5. guest bed room toilet needed handle held down in order to flush 6. guest bedroom tub nozzle very, very difficult to use 7. gate in back yard is close to falling down 8. washer and dryer are not in the unit, but in building two units down 9. bedroom shutters not working 10. the best for last. Toilet in the main bedroom has NO door. Zero privacy. A curtain is in place of a door that you can see thru. Also it kept falling down!! 11. condo has no curb appeal....
