The hotel is convenient and the staff is very kind besides not speaking English well…yet I had stayed before and it seemed old installation but ok but This time the first room I got was too old and dirty floor and the substitute room wasn’t cleaned properly. Ir had hair in the bathroom….

The hotel is a perfect spot if you need a close place near NRT airport. The staff is incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel is clean and really luxurios looking. The staff was very kind in keeping our luggage at place for our quick flight to sapporo with no extra charges.
