"施設は非常に良いです。清潔で広く、快適に利用できます。シャワールームとトイレが分かれていて◎。シャワーの水勢もしっかりで、こちらも◎。若干階段が急ですが、許容範囲です。 ただし、オーナーの方と基本連絡が取れにくいです。15時00分〜チェックイン、24時間前から同時刻までに入り方の連絡がメールで来るとのことでしたが無し。サポートからも連絡していていだきましたが、こちらも直ぐに連絡が取れず部屋に入ることができませんでした。結局連絡が来たのが16時16分。結果1時間16分待ちです。また、施設の清掃料金5,000円は当日施設でと書いてありましたが、受け渡し方法など一切無し。清掃に来られた方たちにお会いしましたが、そちらの方々も分からず。(この方たちに落ち度はないものと思います)　この件についてもオーナーに連絡しましたが、現時点(チェックアウトから8時間以上経過)でも反応がありません。施設が過ごしやすかっただけに、本当に勿体ないです。 それと、前回泊まったと思われる方々(外国人)の宿泊者カードがそのまはま置いてありました。個人情報なので扱いがこれだと不安です。"

"Esta casa es una pasada! Es confortable, limpia, acogedora, comoda, renovada toda nueva, la zona está muy bien. El único pequeño inconveniente es el ruido de la carretera, pero como ya lo saben tienen a tu disposición unos tapones de oreja para que no te moleste. Muy recomendable sin ninguna duda. Gracias !"

"This was a great property for me and my sons. Regular hotels are not a good option. There was plenty of space for us 3. It is close to a 7-11 and Family Mart. There is a bus stop very nearby. The train station is a cab ride or bus ride away."

"Everything is as described in the listing, although we had some communication issues at the beginning. Guests who stayed there before us have not checked out when we arrived, got very confused since the owner cannot be contacted via different channels, had to involve Vrbo support. Was told to use the bedroom on 3rd floor, which is nothing like the pictures in the listing. Got in touch with owner later on and everything got straightened out."
