"Man wird in dem Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen und wechselt immer gerne ein Wort an der Rezeption. Das Familienzimmer ist wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel eingerichtet. Für uns waren diese zwei Zimmer sehr wichtig, da wir als Freundinnen gereist sind. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist prima! Wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Man sollte vorher an der Rezeption fragen, wie die Parkregelungen sind, da diese von Monat zu Monat wechseln."

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"Angelos and his staff are very friendly and helpfull. He picked us up from the bus station (and drove us back when we left). He makes a great BBQ once a week. The hotel looks very new, and lovely. The bedroom is very spacious (we rent one with a small kitchen), and the bathroom is really nice, it has a good balcony with a table. All is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was also great. "Great location to stay in Tsilivi, very central and everything easily walkable. Katerina and Spiros were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble for them and their team. Pool area was very good as were the cocktails! Would highly recommend!"

"We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. "Was a lovely villa and great location, nice and clean and tidy with regular visits from cleaners. "We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. "An amazing stay for an 11 night holiday. Central location with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach within walking distance. The host and the cleaner were very friendly, welcoming and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Overall an excellent location to stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Only downside is there’s no lift so it can be difficult to lift a heavy suitcase up and also it is opposite a karaoke bar so the noise can be loud on occasion. But overall...

"Uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijke host die het complex en de bar runde. Mooi en groot appartement, we zaten in Coco palm deluxe. Het zwembad is wat klein maar je loopt in 5 min naar de zee. Er is ook regelmatig schoongemaakt, heerlijk. We hebben alleen de jacuzzi niet gebruikt omdat we de leidingen niet vertrouwden op legionella."

"All in all a fabulous stay at Ilios Hotel. I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is good and there is plenty of it. The pool is lovely, and quiet, no fighting for a sunbed. Would definitely stay again. "
