The cabin accommodates up to seven guests across three comfortable bedrooms and offers a warm, relaxed atmosphere after a full day in the mountains. The living room is a natural gathering place, perfect for unwinding together, while the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes to a long dinner in the evening.

One of the highlights of the property is its private sauna, where you can warm up and relax after skiing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding mountains. Step outside onto the balcony and take in the peaceful surroundings and impressive views across Fageråsen.

The location is particularly well suited for guests who want to spend as much time as possible on the mountain. With direct access to the ski area, you can start your skiing day almost from the doorstep and return to the cabin without having to rely on the car. During the warmer months, the surrounding area transforms into a beautiful destination for hiking, cycling, and outdoor activities.

Fageråsen is one of Trysil’s most popular mountain areas and combines peaceful natural surroundings with convenient access to restaurants, cafés, and services around Fageråsen and Høyfjellssenteret. Trysil’s wider selection of restaurants, shops, and activities is also within easy reach.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire cabin throughout their stay, including all three bedrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, a private sauna, a balcony, and ski storage. Bed linen and towels are included, allowing you to arrive and start enjoying your holiday immediately.

We do not live at the property, giving you complete privacy during your stay, but our team is available around the clock through the guest app should you need assistance.

For guests arriving by car, parking is available at the property. Scandinavian Mountains Airport is the most convenient airport for the Trysil area, and transfers and rental cars are available for the onward journey. Guests arriving by bus can travel to Trysil and continue towards Fageråsen by local transport or taxi. A car can be useful for exploring the wider area, although once you are in the cabin, the ski-in/ski-out location makes getting onto the slopes exceptionally convenient.

General House Rules

No smoking is allowed inside the property. Please do not leave cigarette butts outside. If smoking occurs indoors, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.

Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside. We recommend bringing slippers for extra comfort.

Always use the kitchen fan when cooking.

Heating
The property may have thermostats by the entrance, bathroom, or other rooms. To adjust the temperature, open the thermostat cover and use the arrow buttons to increase or decrease the heat.

Fireplace Use
Please use fire starters and a small amount of firewood when lighting the fireplace. Filling the fireplace with too much wood will not make it heat up faster.

Only use firewood in the fireplace. Do not burn cardboard, paper, trash, or any other materials, as this can be dangerous and may cause a chimney fire.

If you need more firewood, it can be purchased at grocery stores and gas stations.

Sauna Use
Always sit on a towel when using the sauna.

If the sauna has an adjustable dial, please follow the instructions provided at the property. In general, avoid turning the sauna heater higher than recommended, as this may prevent it from heating properly. It usually takes about 1 hour for the sauna to warm up.
