We arrived after an 11 hour drive to find that the room had not been cleaned. There were dirty towels piled in the shower, the bed had not been changed, urine on the back of the toilet, 2 dead cockroaches, so unlikely they have swept the floor in a while. I called their emergency number, and their customer service numbers. They said they would "try" to get someone out there to clean. It took about 8 calls and 3 hours before they finally agreed to refund my money because they couldn't find anyone to clean. I was really disappointed because it looked like a nice place and was in a great location, but I will not stay with this company again. Terrible service and I would not trust them again. On top of that the refund did not include the expedia service charge, so we ended up paying almost $50 for nothing since we didn't stay there. I will also not be using expedia again.
