The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space features a side porch and spacious back deck, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while taking in the fresh mountain air. No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible:
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. -Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
-Host will request a photocopy of renter`s ID for verification before check-in and responsible booking guest will need to e-sign a short term rental agreement prior to check in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
You must also acknowledge - There is parking only for 2 cars in tandem on the right hand side of the driveway - All trash must be in the bear-box - do not leave food or trash outside - No parties and no loud music - No pets - Occupancy limit is 8 adults (you may have additional children) - Renter must climb stairs to access the home - May encounter potentially dangerous animals — Wildlife can be seen.

Guests have full access to the home. There is an in-law unit downstairs that is rented separately. You won`t share spaces. Separate entry. No contact with hosts. Deep cleaned and sanitized.
Guests must be able to climb stairs to get into the unit. Once upstairs the unit is on one floor.
Walk up the stairs and enter through the `mud room`. The entire floor is private and no additional stairs within the home.
** NOTE: Downstairs in-law unit is rented separately with a separate entry.
This is part of an HOA community and thus access to the community amenities such as hot tub, pools, tennis courts, workout room, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball court, bocce ball, and outdoor grills and benches. 2 guest passes will be available - one pass admits 4 guests to Rec Centers. $16 day use fee. Also allows private beach access for a day use fee as well. In addition there is also a fitness center at the Trout Creek Rec Center.
***LOST REC PASSES WILL RESULT IN $100 REPLACEMENT FEE ***We can`t guarantee the availability and operation of community amenities and Rec Centers during your stay.

Home Truths: - There is a downstairs in-law unit that it is rented separately so it may be occupied by another tenant. They have two parking spaces on the driveway on the left. You won`t share spaces with anyone. ***Please be courteous to the downstairs tenants and keep noise levels low. - No air conditioner. It can get hot and stuffy during very few days of summer. However, there are plenty of fans in the unit. - Street parking is not allowed. Make sure to park on the 2 assigned spots for your unit (on the right hand side of the driveway in tandem). - Be cautious while walking outside especially at night during winter time in icy conditions.
Trash Instructions: -Only dispose of trash in the bear box. -Please ensure the bear box is secured when putting trash inside. -NEVER leave trash outside the bear box. -The green waste bins are not for regular trash. -$100 fee minimum for trash being put in the green waste bin or trash left outside of the bear box.

1. PARKING: Guests` may park two cars (one behind the other) on the RIGHT side of the driveway.

Government ID Required - A copy of a government -issued ID (e.g driver`s license or passport) is required for the primary gust that will be staying with us and must be received within 48 hours of booking and prior to arrival. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.
3. E-signed Signed Agreement to Comply with House Rules 48 hours prior to arrival.
4. Primary renter must be 25 or over.
5. This is a private property, and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
6. Guests must be able to navigate stairs. This home is on the second level and requires the guest(s) to be able to safely climb multiple stairs in a row to access the home.
7. No parties or events and no loud music.
8. No pets. A $500 fee will be assessed for any evidence of a pet staying at the property.
9. No smoking. A $500 fee will be assessed for any evidence of smoking in or around the property.
10. Occupancy limit is 8 persons.
