What a great house, in a perfect Tahoe location! We had an amazing stay at Skislope!! It was 4 adults 4 kids ages 7-14. Everyone had a great time. The movie theater and hot tub were a big hit after a day of snow play. We cooked many meals and the kitchen was pretty stocked. Only advice would be to bring seasonings, oil and tinfoil. The closest grocery store wasn't far, so we were able to stock up. Half the group went to Tahoe Donner to snowboard and the other went to the snow play area. Everyone wants to go back asap! They were both very close to the house. Parking can be tough there, but we figured it all out, with a short walk to the slopes. Half the group was able to Lyft back to the house without any issues. I think the only problem we had was, one of the showers was out of order and we weren't told. It made for showering a little annoying, since it was the main bathroom for the bedrooms downstairs. We shared and made it work. We would for sure stay here again!!

Beautiful and comfortable

Wonderful house, well maintained and all as advertised. Home theater was a hit with the kids after we all enjoyed some hot tub time. Loved the flat driveway and ample garage space. Made a big difference with all the snow!

Amazing Location!

This property was beautiful! No shortage of things to keep busy- board games, snow sledding, theater, Wii, children's toys, etc. Behind the house there are perfect hills for sledding, and the hot tub was a major plus!

Lovely home for families to enjoy. Came stocked with toys in the double twin room and the movie theater room was a big hit for everyone! Management company was quick to respond when we had an issue with the hot tub lock. Would stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious home

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Each room was spacious and having two master suites was perfect. We loved having 3 1/2 bathrooms in the cabin as well. The movie theater room downstairs was fantastic with enough comfortable seating for everyone. Loved the outdoor decks and all of the windows in the home. There were a few things that should be addressed: the kitchen rugs should be re-fastened to the floor as they are coming up and proved to be a tripping hazard. Also, the leather couches are peeling and should be replaced. Finally, there were no carbon monoxide detectors in the home as indicated on the website. Communication with Tahoe Getaways was good - they respond quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing Stay

The property was great! Plenty of room for a family of six. We loved the home theater room. We watched a movie in that room every night. The place was very clean and the appliances were newish and easy to use. We had to cut our visit a day short but the days we stayed were great. We would definitely stay here again, if available.

SkiSlope Manor - Thanksgiving

We were excited about staying at this property. The amenities were just what we wanted. Beyond that we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house along with other items. Here is our list. The media room was awesome. It needed better instructions on how to make it work. Once figured out it was great. No instructions on how to set the hot water heater. If we did not know what to do there would have been only cold water for showers. The coffee pot available using our own ground coffee was filthy and needs to be replaced. The kitchen carpet runners were a trip hazard as the tape to hold them down was no longer useful. The downstairs TV other than the media room did not work. All of the clocks in the house showed different times. Ceiling light bulbs out in the kitchen. Dryer vent not cleaned out of lint. Washing machine soap dispenser gummy. The floors and bar stools were dirty. Would be nice to have a better quality of paper products. Cobwebs on walls and light fixtures. The house needs better cleaning before tenant access. Two car garage was useful for one car, but too much stuff being stored in the garage to get a second car inside. The home in its condition was no where near the cost. Very disappointed. Finally, even though the rental agency was nearby, they charge to check to see if we left something behind whether they find it or not. Customer service needs improving. This place could be awesome with some updating to the furniture which looks twenty years old and a total detailed cleaning of the property.
