Northstar- Great place in the winter & summer!

Snowboard there in the winter and hike/bike in the summer. Condo is a 5 minute walk into the village and trailheads and bike trails close by. Excellent location w plenty of parking and things to do.

A good overall stay

HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY

Had a great 3 night stay. After getting home from a 6 hour drive, found out I left my briefcase with laptop, personal info and a couple thousand in cash. After a brief conversation with Kristie, she assured me housekeeping would secure it with no worries. As promised, it was secured until arrangements could be made to get it back in my hands. Would definitely book that unit again. If planning on booking it, you might want to bring a sharp knife (if you need one for cooking prep) cone style coffee filters, AAA batteries for the remote.

Great, comfortable location

Very comfortable spot in Northstar-easy walk to the village and close to both Truckee and King’s Beach. A good amount of space (King size bed is upstairs) for our family of four and two frenchies. Excellent communication from checkin to checkout. We will be back!

Condo was great!

The condo was very nice, very clean. We were disappointed that a lot of the places in the village were closed. I should have checked the number of steps involved to get to the condo (16 down and 24 up). We are in our 80s, so we didn't need all of those steps 😊

Clean, close and cozy

Just as described. Worked perfect for my wife and I, my son, his friend and our four-legged family member. Love the vibe and location of the ski trail condos. Everything was smooth sailing and look forward to coming back.

Splendid stay - organized, clean and well-maintained

We've stayed at many of the neighboring properties over the last 15 years, and as a result bring up a mighty Subaru load of supplies. No need here. The spot was clean, there was adequate and succinct signage, and much of our stuff stayed in the storage tubs. Our adult son took the lower room and we settled into the upper loft suite. There was plenty of bedding and pillows for my crew. It's easy for me to recommend this spot, and hope to use it again.

Winter ski getaway

Great condo very convenient skiing to Northstar. Communication and check-in with owner was easy. The place was clean, beds comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Would stay here again for sure.

Unfortunate Snowplow Accident

The snowplow driver ran into the back of our parked car, breaking the lights and crushing the tailgate. Fortunately, we were down the street at the time talking to others and we all witnessed it. The plow company gave me his contact information and I will need to followup with their insurance.

Fantastic Ski in Ski out Condo in Northstar

Great 1 BD plus Loft with a King. short walk to the run that takes you down to the lift. Clean, well stocked, great management to coordinate with and short walk to the Village.

Loved it!

Our first time in Northstar. You can easily walk / ski / shuttle to the main lift and central village for food, drinks, convenience store and ice rink (my daughters are also figure skaters so that was especially fun). Having all of the amenities so close and watching the gondolas from the living room was awesome. Wi-Fi worked great and the owner was very responsive to my one very dopey question, lol. Can't ask for more- the family loved the mountain too. We'll be back! Our first time in Northstar. Quick stay

Just needed somewhere to sleep during our stay for a tournament, we actually liked this place more than we expected and even decided to hang out around the pool/ hot tub instead of exploring the area with the small amount of free time we had while staying there.

Perfect little condo, perfect location!

We stayed for three nights with our two teenagers and dog, and were very happy with the condo. It was clean, well furnished, and just as promised. We’ve stayed in this condo complex before - GREAT location, walking distance to slopes and village, and would definitely stay in this unit again. Property management was very responsive - so refreshing! (Have not always had that experience) Only hiccup was that the dishwasher would not run but they were working on it when we arrived. Thanks Sheri for such great service!

Great location! Would stay again!

My family and I just got back from a wonderful stay at Northstar. This condo had everything we needed. The location was wonderful, as it skipped all of the traffic coming and leaving Northstar. We were able to ski down the parking lot (because there was so much snow) to the trail. This allowed us to skip hauling all of our equipment with us. The property managers were easily reachable by text if we had any questions. I would stay here again.
