4. This home is located in an area with the potential for a very high snow load. 4WD/AWD with snow tires or chains are required during the winter months.
5. This home will consider one (1) well-behaved dog only with prior approval. No exceptions will be made for additional dogs.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
7. There is a sleeper sofa in the office/laundry area that is not intended to be used as a sleeping space.
