IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT: The HOA is currently completing major repairs on the shared pool and spa facilities. Due to unforeseen construction delays, the pool is expected to remain unavailable through Memorial Day weekend and may continue to be unavailable until on or near the 4th of July. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

•Maximum Occupancy: 6;
•Parking: 2 cars allowed. One in the garage and one in front of the garage. Several Guest Parking Spaces are available in the complex, couple units up and down from our place, on a first come first serve basis. During snowfall, street parking is not allowed due to snow removal. All vehicles must be parked off the street promptly so plows can operate.
•Town of Truckee: 006124;
•No pets (Family Allergies);
•Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November–May;
•Winter travel requires snow tires and 4WD/AWD, or chains;
•Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM per Town of Truckee regulations;
•Full Terms and Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation;
•Rental Agreement contract required for booking to be confirmed, must be signed within 24 hours of creating the reservation;
•Agreement must be signed by Occupants aged 25 or older.

Traveling with little ones is easier with convenient baby gear rentals available locally in Tahoe. Guests may arrange rentals independently with a third-party provider by searching for “Tahoe Truckee Baby” and coordinating delivery details directly. Availability, pricing, and delivery are managed by the provider, and all rental costs are the responsibility of the guest. You can schedule drop off and pick up around your reservation dates.
