The host was the most welcoming we have had. I very much liked parking the Rivian in the garage and the EV charger was great! Also appreciated the coffee, wine, and not having to strip the beds or take out the garbage.

We had an excellent and comfortable stay at this home! The condition of the property was meticulous, and it was clear the hosts take great pride in maintaining a welcoming space.The location is amazing—it was so convenient to have everything we needed right nearby, including gas stations, groceries, and great restaurants. It made our trip much more relaxing to have such easy access to the essentials.Our host was incredibly friendly and gracious, ensuring we had everything we needed. We love the location. The house was clean and organized. Cary is so thoughtful to put reading glasses, different kind of shampoos and conditioners, lotion, wipes for kids in each bathroom. He was very detail in labeling stuffs in the house which makes so easy to put things back. I will definitely come back to stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Cary’s house. Very homey, and perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of games and DVDs for the whole family to enjoy. Great location - right at the heart of Tahoe Donner, and very convenient to get to Palisades every day. Cary is a very attentive, thoughtful, and thorough host. We felt well taken care of before we even stepped foot in this home!

This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Truckee. It will incredibly clean, has a good location and the level 2 ev charger is great whether you drive an EV or plugin hybrid.

This is certainly one of the best properties I have stayed at! The property itself is a great deal for the space and location. It’s immaculately clean while also feeling lived in. The amenities are unparalleled (unlimited hot water, AC, garage space, humidifier, more charging cables than you can imagine, and the list goes on and on).I need to take a moment to highlight the beds —they're extremely comfy. I immediately miss my bed when I travel, but not this time. Definitely the best part of the stay for me!Cary is a fantastic host who will stop at nothing to ensure you have the best stay possible. Super responsive and all around great guy.10/10 would stay here again. If you’re a fan of Tahoe/Truckee, look no further than here!

Great Home and Location - Reserve Now!

This is your home away from home!A nice spacious condo in a great location! The home is filled with all the amenities you’ll need and you’ll sleep comfortably. We reserved this condo for a family weekend getaway after our daughter’s wedding.We had an amazing time, rode bikes on the Truckee River Legacy Trail and spent time at Donner Memorial State Park on the lake paddle boarding. Cary is an amazing host who provided detailed information about the property and surrounding areas prior to our stay. We arrived to a bottle of wine, chocolates and he also surprised us with the option for an extended stay. We’re blessed! Thank you Cary and Laura for sharing your home. We’ll be back!

Perfect mini summer getaway

My family of 4 had a fantastic summer stay! Couldn’t ask for a better location (my kids loved that we could walk to the pool across the street) or hosts! Clean home and well maintained. Cary is a fantastic host, great communication about all the amenities and appreciated the little touches. We definitely plan on returning in the future!

Quiet location, Beautiful home, Great host!

We were in town for the Barracuda Championship & finding a place to stay was a chore! This place was great- the perfect size for a small family, stocked very well, and it was very clean! Cary was great to work with & if there is anything you need to know about the area, he has the answers! The neighborhood was great and if you are able to use the community center nearby, it looks amazing! We didn’t have time but people were having a good time!

Just as Promised

The condo was perfect for us. My husband was able to set up a workstation in the bedroom with the desk. It enabled us to have a longer stay. The condo is clean and well equipped. It was also quiet, much to my surprise. The location is perfect for walks, including getting a sandwich at the deli. The owner gave clear instructions, and the labels were very helpful. The bed was comfy and there was lots of hot water for the shower. He also responded to questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this condo and look forward to staying there again.

Clean, cozy condo in a convenient location. The kitchen had everything we needed, everything was clean and working properly, lots of outlets and chargers for electronics. The gas fireplace was surprisingly effective at keeping the place warm.

Wonderful stay

We very much enjoyed our time at this property. It was exactly as pictured and advertised. We had 4 adults and 2 kids staying at the property, and we all slept comfortably there. The covered garage parking is a huge plus for when it snows. Location was convenient. Cary was very communicative and accommodating as a host as well.

Great owners, amazing location

The location is perfect. The owners are amazing, very easy to communicate with and very understanding during the huge storm. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the snow park across the street, so we'll have to go back to check that out. The only thing that I can suggest is adding another pot and pan to what you have available.
