Great rental for families

Our group of four adults and one child loved our time at this Truckee rental! Its location was ideal, offering easy access to both Donner and Tahoe Lakes. The house was a great size for our group, with a well-equipped kitchen perfect for making meals and a comfy couch that easily fits a large group for a movie night. The surrounding neighborhood was lovely for evening walks, and access to the pools and hot tub were a welcome bonus. The only small thing we noticed was that the upstairs bedroom tended to get a bit stuffy.

Family reunion

We loved the view from the front of the house and the windows. So peaceful to sit on the balcony and relax while enjoying the view. Short drive to the historic town of Truckee and the Northstar recreation center and village. Not far from Commons Beach which was a nice little beach and great playground. Kings Beach is close by too. Home was clean and had all the kitchen appliances needed for cooking. Would definitely stay at this home again.

Sweet family home in Northstar

This was a perfect family home for our stay in Northstar. The house was comfortable, with enough seating to eat and lounge for the 6 of us. Location was perfect for Northstar skiing and an easy ride to grab food/groceries out in the main area of town. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in, and plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets for what we needed.

Mini-Family Vacation-Snowboarding

Great location!! Home is just 4 minutes to Northstar Ski Resort and close to downtown Truckee. This home is beautiful and beautifully furnished just like the pictures. It is clean, beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked it was perfect for my family of 7. We are returning in April and can't wait!!

Awesome

this place had a great view and right on the ski bus pick up. All we had to do use the app and go to bottom of the driveway. had every thing we needed to shove the 4 feet of snow. than when the snow stopped the guys came really fast and removed all snow to the front door Thank You Tahoe Mountain Prop

Great cabin

We got late to the cabin, and check in was very easy. Inside it was nice and warm, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bed linen and towels seemed clean and smelled nice. I would suggesst replacing the tv remote controls because they didn’t work. Also it was hard to find the dumpsters for the garbage at the Northstar club. The cabin is conveniently located for skiing or just visiting Donner/North Tahoe. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

Perfect Location

This was a great spot for my wife and I to access ski resorts, biking trails and great restaurants. The house is very comfortable and clean. The only issue was with the TV/ accessing channels. If you stay here make sure to ask that the TV is set up properly for you. We are big sports fans and were unable to access channels that should have been available due to a connection error between the service provider and the TV. This isn't a big deal and definitely did not impact our stay too much. Just a tip before you head up for your stay. You won't regret renting this property.

We had a great stay!

We had a great stay, thank you so much! With so much snow coming down it was great to be able to park the cars and use the shuttle every day. The house itself had plenty of space and was as advertised. Communication with property management was also easy. No complaints, only a lot of happy kids. Thanks again!

Will Book Again

Will definitely book again. House was well equipped and great location. My only two negatives: the upstairs is FREEZING while the downstairs is baking if the heat is on. The mattresses are quite uncomfortable but that may just be personal preference.

Amazing Cabin -10/10 recommended

We will definitely be back. This home was fully stocked, great location, beds were extremely comfy, and the views looking out the living room windows were lovely. The shuttle picks up right at the driveway for a great ski day at Northstar Loved every bit of our stay :) and communication with property management was top notch
