All living space is on the first floor, with each bedroom having a queen size bed and it's own attached bath. There are ample baby and kid related items available (pack n play, rocker sleeper, high chair, booster chair, plus numerous kid friendly toys and books). The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you, with a dining area adjacent that can easily seat 6 in it's current configuration, with an option of extending the table to comfortably seat up to 8 adults when needed. The living room is well appointed with ample seating for friends and family, with an optional pullout queen size sofa bed. A corner gas burning stove is perfect for those chilly winter nights. An upstairs loft has a queen size American Leather Sleeper pullout sofa. Easy interior access from the ATTACHED garage, which has parking space for one vehicle, plus ample room to store all of your gear securely. A nice sunny deck off the living room is perfect for enjoying the Tahoe seasons, with a gas grill available. Immaculately maintained.
This is a non-smoking cabin. We love animals and pets, but unfortunately some family members have allergies, so pets are NOT allowed. You might be fortunate to watch deer walk through the back yard, see a bunny or two, Stellar Jays and other forest birds, chipmunks and squirrels, or witness beavers building their dam just down the nature trail in the meadow pond.
Tahoe Donner passes are available to our guests. Each pass allows four people access (with guest fees) to the Trout Creek Recreation Center pools, spa, gym, classes and playground; Northwoods Clubhouse pool and playground; Tahoe Donner's private beach at the east end of Donner Lake where kayaks, paddle boards, canoes can be rented or picnic area, sandy beach play and swimming area can be enjoyed.

The condo is 180 miles (roughly three hours without traffic) by car from the SF Bay Area -- off the Donner Pass Road exit on Interstate 80 (I-80). It is a High Sierra scenic 16 miles from Lake Tahoe via CA-89S and 36 miles from Reno on I-80. If you’re coming from an area outside of Northern California, Tahoe Donner is accessible by any of four major airports, train and bus routes. We also have an EV car charging port.
