Nice, clean hotel. They are doing some remodeling so breakfast not the greatest. Only coffee available for drinking. Maybe offer some water.

Well i went to this hotel with my friend so we stopped up the toliet by accident so the guy at the front desk gave us a plunger and a mop but we couldnt get it unstopped he said the person isnt in yet to fix the problem i was like what i noticed right away the room wasnt the cleanest the microwave and fridge was dirty and all around the room was dusty if your a plus size person i wouldnt advise you to stay at this hotel because they only have chairs with arms and none without so i had to sit on the bed for 2 days because it hurt my hips to sit in their chair i think they should make their customers happy and buy some chairs without arms because some people are not so little i will be going to the super 8 hotel the next time here in troy missouri i wouldnt waste your time on this hotel oh and they put sausage with egg biscuits in this plastic thing they have them out from 6am - 8:30 and it says on the pack that they are suppose to be frozen but they are unthawed they can cause customers to get sick just be aware before you decide to go there

Under construction its outdated but if in tight spot its a place to stay...I had reservations to stay the night but i canceled it once i seen the establishment

This “luxury” :) hotel needs serious updating
The room was too warm despite repeated attempt to adjust the unit. Room furniture was old and dated. The dining area was closed for repairs. The only food provided was muffins and egg sandwiches

Property was under renovation and that information was not on the listing. This meant the breakfast was only coffee and a pre packaged muffin. Room had a unique and unpleasant odor. Ice machine only worked on one of the three floors.

This place was in total disarray. The building had a bad smell and the room smelled even worse. It was very run down

The elevators were broken, which is a huge inconvenience for someone that has had 4 knee surgeries. Instead of comping us a room for downstairs he up charged us instead. It's not our fault your equipment was faulty. I was disappointed we had to pay extra for the mishap.

Okay for 2 star place but overpriced due to pool closed for maintenance (per other comments, been that way for years), on the go breakfast (no hot meal), noisy A/C, centipedes in bathroom at night, and in need of overall renovations. Friendly & efficient staff, comfortable & clean bedding, felt safe.

give it time
well first of all checking in went very well the person there was very nice and helpful. the room was nice and bed was very comfortable. i would have rated this place very good, except the pool was not working and what they served as breakfast i would not even consider as a breakfast.

Traveling with my grown children and their families, paid for three rooms, the room my grandchildren stayed in was not clean, roach in air conditioning unit, urine on Toliet seat. Complained chking out the next morning and gentleman at the front desk told my son “it couldn’t have been too bad, you stayed all nigh”! Terrible facility, outdated, will never stay here again or recommend to anyone I know.

Quiet and Clean
It’s a clean enough facility. Beds are super firm if you like that. It was quiet. Not so much luxury or suite-like but it served its purpose. Pool was under construction so no access to that area.

People next door yelled at 2am till 5am. No pool. Ceiling missing in hallway by elevator. Breakfast was either muffin or breakfast sandwich, nothing else. The smells in the hall are very strong. No Luxury about it!

Limited hotel choices in Troy so settled on this one. No mention on Expedia of the building under repair. Entire pool and common areas are covered by plastic and the ceiling is wide open to pipes and ventilation. Told pipes burst and waiting for insurance settlement but looking at reviews now it’s been like this for over a year. Room is was okay for cleanliness. Some sheets and pillowcases seemed dingy yellow not white. Corner molding was off one area and leaning in the closet area. Nails in wall maybe where there was a picture. Plaster under window visible cracked and coming off. Walls paper thin and so much noise after midnight, TVs, people talking and you would have thought they were in our room, walking, things hitting the wall?? Didn’t get much sleep left hotel before 7am on our vacation. Would not stay here again. Drive the extra miles to different town or try one of other 2 hotels in town. $124 was too much for condition of this hotel.

Guest stay with us knew about every thing before check inn also we have sign stating that if you you don't like the room you don't have to and no charge for cancellation fee we are here 24/7 if there is any issue of noise we gladly take care right way which she never ask or even mention we have other many reviews from different guest you can see the different angle from other guest if it is in that bad shape then why not other guest wrote about it few things could be objectionable not the way guest describe so please make reservation with full confidences if you do not like there will be noncharged to cancel the reservation. Thanks also. for reading our side

Should have looked closer at other reviews! “Renovations” still in progress! Looking back it’s been more than a year. Free breakfast was one type of package muffins and package breakfast sandwiches. Only coffee, no juice. Pillows were hard and flat. Location was convenient for our stay but definitely would have gone to Wentzville instead.

Sir if you knew and stayed with us before you should not stayed with us, why you stay with us again knowing that we have some issues you stay because price is right and rooms are clean, please find different motel for your next stay.

Older hotel, place to lay our heads after 14 hrs of traveling. Pool not available at this time. Breakfast area is closed under construction so no breakfast at all or coffee in lobby use pot in room. Needs a fresh update. Guy that checked us in was nice.

Quick stay
This place has some age on it, however they are in the process of remodeling. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable due to construction. But the room was quite nice, roomy and clean.

Saying simply horrible is not good and not right because at front desk we have sign says please read before you check-in you have 15 minutes to inspect the room and for any reason you don,t like, we will give you different room or you can checkout and we will gladly refund your money.

I didn't stay. They had bursting pipes in December and had alot of remodeling going on. It looked unsafe for my grandkids. While there couldnt swim or eat in the dining room. Had to go some where more exspensive to stay because no one told me about what was going on at the motel.

Our web site clearly shows' that our pool is out of order and for breakfast we are serving coffee muffin and breakfast sandwich only due to remolding breakfast area also at front desk we have sign about pool "Close" .

The room itself was clean but lots of construction in the lobby and pool was closed. Ceiling was tiles missing next to elevator. Some of the family arrived a day ahead of us. They had police knocking on their door looking for a man in a trench coat. I recommend staying somewhere else

Bed was comfortable. Remodeling going on so breakfast room not open nor restroom in lobby. Breakfast was coffee, muffins or microwave croissant. Very few people at hotel yet someone had the room Directly above us and they clearly have sleeping issues as they paced all night long which we heard. Not sure why management wouldn’t space occupied rooms further apart. Zadovks restaurant across the street is a great locally owned establishment with reasonable prices and great service .
