"I booked one nights stay as my daughter and I were at Badminton Horse Trials. I had not researched the location before going so was amazed to enter the beautiful village of Lacock. The whole place is unique and the property is so beautiful. We were met by our hosts Rufus and his wife and they could not have been more welcoming. "Really lovely apartment. Hadn’t expected separate sitting room but it proved perfect for entertaining my son and his friends for drinks before going out for dinner. Kitchen perfectly kitted out with espresso machine, microwave. Dishwasher and even champagne flutes. Slippers and robe another nice touch (robes are a bit small). This is our 3rd stay at an Urban Creations apartment and there is no need to look any further if staying in Bristol."

"A couple of nights away with the girls. The apartment was overall good. I should have checked when booking but there is no parking. The area Redlands is nice. The outside of the apartment needs tidying up. The beds and bedding were comfortable but when we went to make one of the beds into double (was a zip lock) the sheeting was filthy with bloody stains. The cleaner did come the next day to change the bedding but was a bit grim. The shower facilities weren’t great as the flow was very weak....

"The property was very clean with all amenities for a vacation. Eva and the Team, provided everything you required for our stay. Check-in details was provided in advance of arrival and was clear to o tain the keys. The premises is sutuated close to the city centre and other amenities. So walking is an option if able. "Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us). We had a problem staying connected to the wi-fi, my husband works in IT so was able to fix this, but probably needs looking into further by the owners. Also the...
