"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "We stayed here as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was exceptional! From the moment we arrived we felt an immediate level of relaxation and calm. The property is immaculately clean and very well furnished. Bedrooms are comfortable and beds are of a high quality. The grounds are well maintained and manicured.We spent 3 nights/4 days relaxing by the pool, playing table tennis and exploring the surroundings. We opted for the private chef on one of the evenings as a birthday...

"Beautiful property and surroundings but it caters mainly to Germans. Reading materials in room was all in german as well as the majority of tv channels. Bring iron if you need one - rooms don’t have one one (which to me seems strange for a high end property). Also, breakfast was 19 euros per person per day - I would recommend including this in price of room. Way too expensive. "

"As a group of friends travelling with kids, we loved our stay here. The villa is a generous size, the views are beautiful and the pool was great. It's an old property with a lot of character, located in a peaceful rural area. You can tell that the renovation of this place is an ongoing labour of love. "La casa es muy bonita, esta muy bien equipada, decorada con mucho gusto. Tiene una gran terraza y todo lo necesario para barbacoas. El jardin está muy bien cuidado y tiene muchas hierbas aromaticas, de las que puedes disponer. Tambien frutales, pero nosotros fuimos en junio y no era temporada. No pudimos hacer uso de la piscina por el mal tiempo. La zona es muy verde y muy boscosa y a pesar de que muchos pueblos estan recuperandose aún de los estragos del terremoto del 2016, se puede disfrutar...

"We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was clean, stylish and well equipped. Owner lives on the property but is discreet and helpful when needed. Access to wine in the basement is clever and very convenient. Location of property is ideal, with beautiful view of the Marche hills and easy access to Serra de Conti (10 min walk). Ideal also for excursions to other medieval towns (many within 30 minutes) and of course the beautiful beach of Senigallia where I was impressed by the quality of food served...
