Dear Guenter, Thank you for your review. We care a lot for our customers and try our very best to make your holiday enjoyable. We did apologise for the misunderstanding where we mentioned that we only had the 2 bedroom villa available but you still went ahead & booked. As far as the equipment were not used fir long time, I can tell you that we had clients in the same villa 2 days just before you arrived. We did offer you to have an exchange of villa. Please note we never advertise that we have dishwasher and we actually provided you with a new toaster as the previous client broke the one in the villa. I guess because you had a Mauritian friend and she was able to accommodate you at her place or find something else, maybe you should have taken her offer. You won’t find a villa right on the beach with such beautiful views and the private beach. Maybe if you did go somewhere else then you would have appreciate our villa a lot more. For the price you paid, I believe you got a got a good value for money. A hotel room with view on the beach would be very expensive or maybe you should have paid £300/400 for a luxurious villa on the beach. Thank you & I truely hope you enjoyed your stay.
