Don’t need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didn’t even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. "Since we arrive Cedric helped us out with the check in. We arrived late at night because of a delay flight. We were tired and Cedric made sure we had a smooth and fast check in so we could get to rest. He was friendly and nice. In the reception there was Avril, she was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. She helped us with all our tour booking, gave us recommendations, helped us with our transportation. "This was one of the best properties that I have stayed at. Pool was lovely, clean tidy apartment really well maintained and operated property. Helpful reception team. Room was comfortable, clean, well set up. Parking was easy and secure under the building. Right in the centre of town walking distance to all amenities and the beach. My only tiny negative was the road noise. Port Douglas is a great place to stay and this property is a great place to have a relaxing holiday."
