"In general, the place was clean and well kept. I wrote the owner about mold in the shower and received no response. The neighborhood and street noise left a lot to be deired. Very run down."

"Apartment was comfortable. The alet and stairs up to it were awful and could have been improved with a clean or a paint. Beds were comfortable. Just needed some general upkeep done on it, skirtings cleaned and painted, hole in bathroom wall filled. Everything you needed for a weekend away but not done to my standard."

"The apartment has the perfect location,no car needed and the style of the apartment has that artist touch which is very nice,everthing you need is there and walking distance to everthing also bus station round the corner for a day trip to many places,Glasgow etc,i have stayed in many in ayr and this 1 is very good."

"Comfortable apartment overall well maintained. Parking good. Close to Turnberry hotel, 8-10 min walk. Kitchen appliances suited our needs. Heating worked well. Bathroom facilities worked for us. En-suite shower thermostat was temperamental. Visited Culzean, Turnberry hotel for spa and afternoon tea. Local pub/restaurants such as Souter’s, Wildings, Balkenna, Anchorage in Dunure, Saffy’s and Wellingtons in Ayr. Coop in Maybole and Asda in Girvan useful for provisions. "We stayed here for the weekend to attend the Viking Festival. Location was perfect. Neighbours very friendly and welcoming. The flat itself was perhaps a little smaller than I expected and very sparse as far as bed and pillow covers and towels. There were 4 adults staying but only towels supplied for two. The duvet and pillows were missing covers for the bed settee. Other than that we loved our time in Largs."

"Easy walk into the centre of Ayr. Recommend Ronaldo’s Ice cream shop. Good position for exploring the area, visiting Loch Lomond, Glasgow and the Falkirk wheel all just over an hour away. Some difficulty identifying the parking space but once worked out no issues. The number on the floor plaque does not correlate to the flat number. Good sized flat for our family of 4. Some issues which require a bit of maintenance. For example the windows and doors were very stiff and oven didn’t seem to work...

"Great location but my stay was disappointing to say the least. I was the only resident. The hot water in bathroom and kitchen was a trickle and almost non existent. The bedroom TV was inoperable. The worst issue was the shower! It did not work. I had three local friends attempting to operate but it would not turn on. I had to go to a friend’s house to shower. It was frustrating. I emailed owner but they never responded to my complaint. I would have thought they would have checked in to see how...
