Muy cómoda

La casa es muy cómoda, y está bien ubicada, pero está frente a rocas, no playa de arena. (Lo cual no quita la belleza de estar frente al mar, pero sería bueno ponerlo en la descripción)La terraza es muy amplia y muy agradableEl servicio de limpieza es bueno y cambian sábanas y toallas. El personal de servicio: Adela y Gabriel muy amables La cocina en general tiene lo básico, pero falta un microondas y un algunas herramientas de cocina como tijeras, cubiertos y platones para servir y poder almacenar en el refriLos baños son inmensos y muy cómodos, solo falta un tapete para salir de la regadera y no mojar el piso. Las recámaras tienen buen tamaño y los colchones son muy cómodos, con aire acondicionado con un sistema muy bueno de cierre de puertas para que funcione y ahorrar luz; pero no enfriaba mucho en una de ellas. En general la mi estancia fue muy agradable y volvería ahí

We love our stay at this wonderful casa. Comfortable house, spacious for the 3 of us, and great location. Walking distance to 2 beautiful, quiet beaches (Manzanillo and Majahua) and enough restaurants close by. It was definitely nice to have the pool to soak in after our day. We even saw whales in the distance while relaxing outside. Adela (caretaker) was really welcoming, came in to clean daily and she even cooked us a dinner (for a small fee)! It was easy to deal with the owner and we were provided the exact direction to locate the house. Very safe area! It’s about 4 km from the Troncones center, and 30 minute from Playa Saladita. We rented a car for our stay and we are glad with did as we wanted to explore.

A wonderful stay

Great house, for which pictures don't do justice. North of town, but we never had to go further than walking distance to have fine dinners, at several (6+) restaurants. Fine walks in either direction on the beach. A lovely housekeeper. Ernie, our host, sometimes stays in an apartment behind the house; and he was helpful but never instrusive. Just sitting on the patio and watching big surf was the main evening entertainment.

Most memorable vacation

This is a piece of Heaven on Erath. Every part of the trip was memorable. The house is amazing with that sunset between those palm trees. Not many places can resemble that. The whale watching was over the top. Everyday throughout the day we spotted whales which made looking at the sea even more fascinating. Then sweet Adela not sure they come any sweeter. It showed with her hospitality and wonderful food. You were a great host always answering and giving out good advice. Our taxi drivers were spot on and each adventure we went on made us fall in love with the area a little more. We will be back and cherish all the memories.

Wonderful place in Paradise

Suenos Tropicales was a perfect honeymoon destination for my husband and me. To the beautifully manicured yard to the breathtaking evening sunsets, this house has it all! Ernie, the owner, was so accommodating, as we had overlooked our early arrival and he graciously allowed us to check in a day early. Adela, the housekeeper and Gabriel, the gardener worked tirelessly to get the house ready for us. The two of them were the sweetest and kindest locals who kept the home and ground immaculate. We are already planning our trip back next summer!

Perfect beachside house for a family

This house and the accommodations were the perfect fit for our family of four. We spent our days in the pool and walking to the beaches north and south of the house. Amazing sunsets and crashing waves directly out front made for a tranquil place to relax. The house is situated within walking distance of many low-key but great local restaurants. Our family also enjoys cooking and the kitchen is well furnished for making your own meals. The host (Ernie) is very thoughtful and helpful in making you feel at home. He provided local insights and helped us get settled. We quickly felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. We hope to return!

Paradise, extraordinaire

We could not have found a better place to escape from the rain of California. The house is immaculate, and had it all, comfortable beds dishes, blender nice sheets good esyet, and the swimming pool, topped it all off, and the owner could not have been sweeter ! loved every minute of staying there ! thank you Ernie . Will forever remember the breeze from the ocean, and the swaying palm trees laying under the stars in the evening in comfortable lawn chairs!🌴❤️🧑🏻‍🎨

Fun and relaxation

We loved the house. It was clean and very easy. The house is comfortable and the location is good. We didn’t have a car but rented bikes. The main part of town is an easy ride away and taxis are very accessible. We swam in the pool while spotting whales in the distance. I highly recommend La Casa de Los Sueños Tropicales.

Great stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property is beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating options. It’s a short walk to two different beaches but be aware that you cannot swim in the ocean directly front of the house due to rocks. With the beaches so close and such a beautiful pool, that’s really a non-issue. Would 100% stay again!

Simply PERFECT

I first want to say that the pictures of the property do not do justice to this house..... IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE PICTURES SHOW. We spent two weeks here and everything was perfect. The owner was VERY responsive from the very first email to the last. The care takers of the house/property were very nice and we never hardly noticed that they were even there. Fresh clean towels and sheets everyday. We have been coming to Troncones for 17 years now and we will be back to this house. Thank You Ernie for everything.

Excellent house!

We love this house. Location and grounds are just lovely. The swimming pool gets wonderful afternoon shade for cooling down after a hot day on the beach. Housekeeper and grounds keeper are kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Affordable and Well-Located

This house is a good choice for those looking for beach house amenities on a budget. It has a pool, amazing beach access, and some of the most incredible sunset watching in the whole area. Is it the nicest, best appointed house in the neighborhood? No, the house and yard are a little worn and in need of updates. But it is well-designed overall and has everything a family or two couples would need to enjoy a beach house at a much more affordable rate than the fancier houses nearby. I loved the location, a short walk to La Mahajua or to Manzanillo Bay, away from the heart of Troncones. I often had the beaches almost all to myself. While I did have some issues with my stay (mostly due to weather conditions), Ernie was responsive, thoughtful, and accommodating throughout. Yes, you can find nicer houses that cost more, but if you care most about beautiful beaches, you'll be happy in this spot.

The house is soooooo beautiful, so close to the beach very nice, my kids really enjoyed the pool, I love how everything was just a short walk to restaurants, shopping, and of course the beach was just a few steps away!!! Couldn't ask for more!!!

Perfect place for our group of 4! Beautiful beach views with gorgeous sunsets every night. Close to the main town but a good location to get away and really relax. Highly recommend this place.

Family vacation 2019-2020

Overall the house is in very beautiful location, the property manager was quick to respond to any difficulties we encountered. We saw whales almost every day! Geckos, Iguanas, birds and squirrels all from comfort of the lawn chairs. Lots of room for everybody in our troop . Cons. Homeaway/VRBO- gave an incorrect address, we were also given a door entry code for a door lock that does not exist on this property. It took 4 days for the air conditioning in the one bedroom to be PROPERLY repaired. The hot water was fine in the showers, but did not work very well in the kitchen sink. The house in general is due for face-lift inside. Ernie/Raul the house needs a new and modern coffee maker, may we also suggest a microwave (the little toaster oven just does not cut it) ! The pool towels were great, but the bathroom towels have been here a long time! May we also suggest that we you more than 4 guests that more than 1 face cloth might be a good idea. Ernie/Raul/Gabriel gentlemen Please do everyone a favour and try to come up with some kind of insect control, we all woke up every morning with new bug bites. As I said earlier though, it is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting, with very well attended yard, we quite enjoyed using the parilla grill . Just ask Gabriel for some wood and it will magically appear.

excellent spot

We just loved this house. It was a perfect location and situation for our family of four. The house comes with a very nice housekeeper and gardener/pool keeper. We really loved the location right on the beach with afternoon shade on the pool for siesta when you get too much sun. 5 min walk into Majahua for restaurants right on the beach and tiendas for essential items.

Heaven

We have been at Ernies two years in a row now . To me , there is no better place to stay( we have looked) . The outdoor space is spectacular. The pool , the ocean. Ernie is very responsive to texts/ e-mails and very open to any suggestions you might have. I thought a toaster would be nice , and guess what, there is a toaster there now. I highly recommend this place. We are hoping to go back next year.

Great house for 2 couples.

This was our 2nd year at this house. We love the location, a short walk to Majahua and a short taxi ride to Troncones. Very quiet, great for reading a few books. The view is amazing. Very clean with friendly staff.

Beautiful Sunsets

We really enjoy watching the sunset which is perfectly framed by palm trees. With 2 king suites, the house is ideal for 2 couples. Also, we feel good about staying in such an environmentally friendly house. Solar panels were installed within the last year making the house almost carbon neutral. Ernie is easy to work with as is Raul. The staff is quick to address any issues even as minor as a burnt out light bulb. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunch and snacks. Most evenings we went out as there are several inexpensive but delicious dining options in Troncones and Majahua.

Beautiful location

The home was lovely and we had a great time. Just a few suggestions. I do not need a maid every day for four hours. We rented the house so we would have privacy. However, we were woke up most mornings either by the maid, the gardener or pool guy at 7 am. We came to sleep in and have privacy, but we did not have any privacy. We wanted to tell the maid to come every three days but did not want to affect her income. Also, the pool filter was very loud and was on for 14 hours a day. We turned it back to 2 hours a day and then had some quiet. We had a great time and I would recommend Troncones as a great vacation spot. The people in the town are amazing. I had some of the best food I have ever had on a vacation. We enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, kayaking, bird watching, surfing and body surfing.

Stunningly Beautiful

We spent the whole month of March here and absolutely fell in live with Troncones ! Beautiful sunsets every night and lovely warm sunny weather. To be honest I felt the kitchen area in particular was tired - just needs a few touch ups- maybe just a new dish rack, blender. tea towels. Nothing that is going to affect your stay- needs a bit of sprucing up. Ernie the owner is wonderful - very responsive to my e-mails- most helpful. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat !!
